As I was waiting I took a gander around the lot and saw a mustang I liked. Test drove it. Liked it. Ended up sitting with a salesmen and we went over the numbers. He pulled the cars history. Showed clean. Long story short I pulled the trigger and bought the car at 6pm on Thursday. Having some buyers remorse the following morning and realizing that I maybe I made a bad decesion I returned to Westfield bright and early the next day( Friday ) to try and explain that I had made the wrong choice. They went on to explain that my trade in ( my Taurus ) was already sold to a wholesaler and they couldn't do anything about it. Mind you this is 15 hours after I made the trade. Fishy right? So now it's Saturday. So I make a few calls, visit a few other dealerships, talk to a few people. They say wholesalers never get cars that quickly. They suggest to go on the website and look at their used car page. Sure enough. There it is. For sale. I even had a friend call and ask to see the vehicle. Fords response was oh yeah it's here come take a look. While all that was going on, I'm still at a different dealership still feeling like i may have made a bad choice on the mustang, so just for the heck of it. I asked them what they would give me for it. Super low price came back. I asked why. " well sir, it's been in a major accident. "... how i just saw the carfax? They print the paper and hand it to me. Yup. Accident. So I take that paper work back to Westfield Ford to show the accident. I pull in. There's my old car ( the Taurus ) for sale. I show them the paper work on the accident. And ask why my cars there for sale when they told it was gone. Going back and fourth with different people for a few mins. I turned to point to my old car in the lot. It was gone. They moved it to the back. Soooo shady. They told me my paper work doesn't mean **** to them and that the deal was done, I signed the papers. And to leave the building or be escorted out... all in all, yes I signed the papers. But i signed the papers " knowing " it was a clean car ( no accidents ) Yes the buyers remorse is my deal. That's something I have to live with.. BUT...! I was lied to. They didn't sell my car to a wholesaler. It was on the lot when I pulled in today. For sale! And my mustang that i thought had a clean report, didn't.. I've always been a Ford person and gone to Ford for all my repair work. But I tell ya. I really feel cheated. Why hide the car when I show up? Why not show a little simpathy for selling a car to someone that was told/shown clean, but wasn't. they could have worked with me a little. Nope. A deals a deal, u own the car, leave or be escorted out. Sorry for the extremely lengthy review. But telling the whole story was needed. More
No honor among thieves…… I was contacted by Westfield Ford after filling out a Sam’s club inquiry. I was told on Wednesday a price by two different people, Scott Wallace and Nick Stepici. I drove an hour (one way) this morning (Saturday) to close the deal. When I got there, the price had gone up $2000. Frank Meccia broke the bad news to me. I asked him if he was going to honor the price I was given (both verbally and in writing) and he said “no”. I guess this was a "bait & switch". Please save your time and go somewhere else. These guys are not honorable. The system would not allow me to do no stars so I had to select 1 which is too high. From 1980's style sales tactics to outright lying and deceitful behavior, this dealer is a blemish on the Ford brand. I'll likely never buy a Ford vehicle again after this experience. The internet sales team and I agreed on a vehicle price via email before I visited the showroom. Once there, the salesman and his manager both attempted to double-charge vehicle destination fee and claimed that "every Ford dealer does this" because they need to advertise their prices so aggressively online. They both apologized late, but it was embarrassing to watch and an incredibly frustrating experience. Now, two weeks later, I'm still asking the dealer to return my initial credit card deposit which was not part of the payment. Despite multiple promises that they will do so, they haven't. I was also forced to pay for nitrogen-filled tires, though I had no need or want for them. It was only $150, so I agreed just so that I could end the negotiation. This is the type of dealership that gives car dealers a bad name, and the type of dealership that continues to destroy the Ford brand with younger buyers. Ford should be ashamed that this place has their logo outside of it. They should be a buy here-pay here lot that makes their money repossessing cars. More

After the work was completed as I drove towards home I noticed an issue with the car that had not been there before. I turned around and headed back to the service department. Upon my arrival I was greeted by Steve Berry who is the Director of service and parts. I explained my issue to Mr. Berry, he took a look and told me not to worry that the issue would be resolved immediately. Mr. Berry personally took the car back into the service area and within forty minutes or so I was back on my way home a satisfied customer. Imagine that, the Director of the service and parts area of the dealership personally took charge of resolving my issue. That my friends is personalized service. Thanks again Steve! More
Horrible expierence! Do not go here! I repeat DO NOT GO HERE! The mechanics try to sell every single service to you claiming cheaper prices. Then when you come in to pick Do not go here! I repeat DO NOT GO HERE! The mechanics try to sell every single service to you claiming cheaper prices. Then when you come in to pick up the car you pay 3 times the amount. I came in to drop my car off because a transmission error and my oil changed. My assosciate Jim called me multiple times claiming my tires, break pads, and other things needed servicing. I declined all but clearly there was a misunderstanding because I came in and had to pay 370$. When trying to solve the problem with the manager made fun of me and tried to sell me a new car? He then proceeded to talk about me with a multiple of his coworkers and hung up on me several times. I honestly have no idea how this dealership still makes money. I hope that no one else has such a horrible expierence. People who work here have no customer service skills and are just outright rude. More
Worst Service Department Ever - All they want is your money! By far the worst customer service and service department ever at Westfield Ford! Since my rear brake job back in September of 2015, I have had my car By far the worst customer service and service department ever at Westfield Ford! Since my rear brake job back in September of 2015, I have had my car in 6 times for a noise coming from the rear. First they didn’t hear the noise, then it was the calipers, then it was the brake clips coming apart, then the tie rods, then rear strut, after spending over $500 and not resolving my problem I had had enough! I went to pick up my car this past Saturday and when they wanted to charge me another $400 for something that DID NOT fix my problem, I refused to pay. After back and forth and then being told “We could always put your old parts back on and refund your money!”, I agreed to pay for the parts only. I was given my keys and when I go to get in my car, it wouldn’t start. I was livid! They took it to the back and after waiting close to an hour, I was told I needed a new battery (but I would be given a break on labor charges). I flipped out and asked to speak to the owner. I spoke with Carm Scarpace who told me he is part owner and I explained to him that I had been there MULTIPLE times for the same problem and none of their “solutions” had fixed my problem and I didn’t think it was right to have to pay for this. He assured me that the problem was now fixed (which is what I was told every single previous time my car was in) and they waived labor charges from previous work but said he couldn’t do anything about the battery. I would have to pay for the battery. My battery was fine when I dropped it off! Why didn’t the supposed diagnostic testing that they always run show that I needed a new battery?!?! I refused and told him I would contact their corporate office to which he quickly said they are privately owned. They jumped my car and I walked out of there saying I would spend $300 on a battery elsewhere before giving Westfield any more of my money! Then, as we were walking out, Carm (yes, the same person who responds to all the negative comments on Yelp by apologizing for the negative experience and stating that customer service is their number one priority…BS) says to us “there might be another way I can help … we can trade you out of your car for a lower payment and I can credit all of the fees you’ve paid.” Instead of helping me understand why I paid so much money for things that did not fix my problem, he was just interested in selling me another car. What a slap in the face!!! Finally, the icing on the cake … the noise IS STILL THERE, IT HAS NOT BEEN FIXED!!! The ironic part, as we were at the dealer, a friend (who was looking to buy a new Ford) sent me a text asking how I liked Westfield Ford, I’m sure you can all guess what my answer was! NEVER AGAIN!! I had to bring it back the next day for another half of a day for an oil change and an engine light reset. The team did nothing for me but apologize for the delay and lack of communication. I don't ever recommend bringing a vehicle in for service let alone buying anything. More
