Worst Car Buying Experience Of All Time I am working in the Chicago area during the week but am from the Detroit, MI area. My wife was out visiting so we went to Westfield Ford to look at leasing a new Ford F-150. I was in the negative by $4,470 and was told the best deal I could get was the truck that they sold me. $584 per month for a crew cab STX base model. NO power seats, NO heated seats, NO remote start, literally no options. The dealership also lied to us and said the truck has a 5 1/2' bed, which come to find out, it's a 6 1/2' bed. Lie after lie after lie. I reached out to a local Ford dealer in Michigan(which I should have just done from the very beginning), and was told I could receive the same truck in an XLT sport ($5,000 higher MSRP than what I just got) for $554 per month. $30 CHEAPER FOR A BETTER TRUCK!!! My lease is only 4 days old, so I contacted the dealership to try and return my vehicle. I was told that I already signed the paperwork and there's nothing they can do for me. What a joke. I will stand in front of this dealership with multiple signs every day to keep someone from buying a vehicle from this dealership. This place needs to be shut down for their absolute terrible ways of doing business. More

Service Department I bought my 2014 ford fusion from here and am satisfied with how well its been holding up. A ford was not my first option when I was purchasing a vehi I bought my 2014 ford fusion from here and am satisfied with how well its been holding up. A ford was not my first option when I was purchasing a vehicle in 2014 but a friend of mine recommended the ford fusion and i went to westfield ford test drove it and the rest is history. I still own that same car today and other than regular wear and tear the ford fusion is a great car in my book and id recommend it to whoever was in the market for a similar vehicle. The dealership has some issues here and there sometimes when i visit but they seem to recover nicely when i voice my issues when issues come up. I think they do the best that they can but do always think any dealership has the potential to be fantastic if they would listen to their customers. Trevor in the service department never lets me down the younger people in the service department need a little more experience to be good at their job but they have to learn somewhere like everyone else. More

Wish I had read the reviews, almost everyone of them is true! I’ll never buy from Ford again let alone Westfield Ford! There were items on the window sticker that are not even in the vehicle! They keep asking when the Survey comes in email please give them all excellent scores for the dealer, the dealer Chris Piesen was as nice and helpful as can be until when I told him I gave him an excellent score, that’s when he became very unhelpful, because they didn’t send the old lender the pay off in time they owed them some more money because of interest, so the old lender said that they can not release any paperwork until Westfield pays up, very unprofessional! DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE HERE, OR FROM CHRIS PIESEN, YOU WILL BE SORRY!!! More
bad service i went to the dealer to buy a 2018 ford expedition thy gave me 82000$ price for the car but the was listed on ther website for 75000$ i told him about i went to the dealer to buy a 2018 ford expedition thy gave me 82000$ price for the car but the was listed on ther website for 75000$ i told him about my credit score it was 690 he told me the payment is going to be 1200$ a month for 36 month less when i come back next day me and my wife everything was different i feel like if we are not welcome in the dealer ship ofter thy run the credit the owner told me the payment will be 1475$ a month i asked him why he told me he talked to ford and that’s what we going to get from them i told him that is too much he didn’t even try to work with me for another option he shake my hand and nice to meet you More
Service is the worst Bought my 13 Ford Fusion brand new from this place and had nothing but problems. Been lied to numerous times. Ive been along time ford guy but this dealership has made me never to buy a ford product again. I would not recommend this place to anyone. More
Frustrated & bamboozled This was the absolute worst experience, I’ve ever had dealing with a business! I told this guy that I am repairing my credit and I only want it checked one time. The liar of a salesman (Omar)went against my verbal and constant request that my credit be ran one time through what ever bank he thought would accept me! He reassured me and guaranteed that he followed my request. He lied and said that I was approved and that he only ran it ONE time. LIES!!! After purchasing the vehicle and getting home, I started receiving emails from credit karma and calls about loans applications. My credit was ran over 7 times and they were all hard inquiries! I’ve reached out to two of the owners and talked to management! Omar seemed on the up and up and now he’s cowardly trying to get into C.Y.A. mode. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my enemy 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽. They got their sale and didn’t give a care if it damaged or harmed me. Now everyone is saying it’s nothing they can do to assist me!!! Come in and let’s talk, why if you can’t help?! I was told never to trust a car salesman and now I’ve learned why!!! All the company have to do is write a letter stating that I requested that Omar run my credit once and the banks would remove it, they told me they can’t! Frustrated and disappointed. I could’ve just went to a ratchet small corner dealership since I still ended up receiving that type of service anyhow 🤷🏽??? More
POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WORSE REPAIR QUALITY! I have several complaints of the service from this dealership: 1. Calls to the service department are rarely returned 2. Scheduled loaners car I have several complaints of the service from this dealership: 1. Calls to the service department are rarely returned 2. Scheduled loaners cars have not been available when promised on at least 2 occasions 3. Repairs to my gas door resulted in new body damage to my car 4. Door latch recall has resulted in my RR door window no longer functioning and door unable to be opened from inside. Car was also left full of greasy fingerprints on the inside of the car. 5. After 3 days to diagnose an electrical issue and claiming it was fixed, the problem continued. I took the car to McCarthy Ford and they determined the problem and repaired it in under 2 hours.
