A ford was not my first option when I was purchasing a vehicle in 2014 but a friend of mine recommended the ford fusion and i went to westfield ford test drove it and the rest is history. I still own that same car today and other than regular wear and tear the ford fusion is a great car in my book and id recommend it to whoever was in the market for a similar vehicle. The dealership has some issues here and there sometimes when i visit but they seem to recover nicely when i voice my issues when issues come up. I think they do the best that they can but do always think any dealership has the potential to be fantastic if they would listen to their customers. Trevor in the service department never lets me down the younger people in the service department need a little more experience to be good at their job but they have to learn somewhere like everyone else. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! In the 40 years that I’ve been purchasing new Vehicles Have I ever been treated this poorly once they sold me my 2018 Flex and recived $44,000.00! In the 40 years that I’ve been purchasing new Vehicles Have I ever been treated this poorly once they sold me my 2018 Flex and recived $44,000.00! Wish I had read the reviews, almost everyone of them is true! I’ll never buy from Ford again let alone Westfield Ford! There were items on the window sticker that are not even in the vehicle! They keep asking when the Survey comes in email please give them all excellent scores for the dealer, the dealer Chris Piesen was as nice and helpful as can be until when I told him I gave him an excellent score, that’s when he became very unhelpful, because they didn’t send the old lender the pay off in time they owed them some more money because of interest, so the old lender said that they can not release any paperwork until Westfield pays up, very unprofessional! DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE HERE, OR FROM CHRIS PIESEN, YOU WILL BE SORRY!!! More

I told this guy that I am repairing my credit and I only want it checked one time. The liar of a salesman (Omar)went against my verbal and constant request that my credit be ran one time through what ever bank he thought would accept me! He reassured me and guaranteed that he followed my request. He lied and said that I was approved and that he only ran it ONE time. LIES!!! After purchasing the vehicle and getting home, I started receiving emails from credit karma and calls about loans applications. My credit was ran over 7 times and they were all hard inquiries! I’ve reached out to two of the owners and talked to management! Omar seemed on the up and up and now he’s cowardly trying to get into C.Y.A. mode. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my enemy 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽. They got their sale and didn’t give a care if it damaged or harmed me. Now everyone is saying it’s nothing they can do to assist me!!! Come in and let’s talk, why if you can’t help?! I was told never to trust a car salesman and now I’ve learned why!!! All the company have to do is write a letter stating that I requested that Omar run my credit once and the banks would remove it, they told me they can’t! Frustrated and disappointed. I could’ve just went to a ratchet small corner dealership since I still ended up receiving that type of service anyhow 🤷🏽??? More
POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WORSE REPAIR QUALITY! I have several complaints of the service from this dealership: 1. Calls to the service department are rarely returned 2. Scheduled loaners car I have several complaints of the service from this dealership: 1. Calls to the service department are rarely returned 2. Scheduled loaners cars have not been available when promised on at least 2 occasions 3. Repairs to my gas door resulted in new body damage to my car 4. Door latch recall has resulted in my RR door window no longer functioning and door unable to be opened from inside. Car was also left full of greasy fingerprints on the inside of the car. 5. After 3 days to diagnose an electrical issue and claiming it was fixed, the problem continued. I took the car to McCarthy Ford and they determined the problem and repaired it in under 2 hours. Feel lied to and cheated A few days ago I went into Westfield Ford wanting a set of new keys made for my Taurus. As I was waiting I took a gander around the lot and saw a mustang I liked. Test drove it. Liked it. Ended up sitting with a salesmen and we went over the numbers. He pulled the cars history. Showed clean. Long story short I pulled the trigger and bought the car at 6pm on Thursday. Having some buyers remorse the following morning and realizing that I maybe I made a bad decesion I returned to Westfield bright and early the next day( Friday ) to try and explain that I had made the wrong choice. They went on to explain that my trade in ( my Taurus ) was already sold to a wholesaler and they couldn't do anything about it. Mind you this is 15 hours after I made the trade. Fishy right? So now it's Saturday. So I make a few calls, visit a few other dealerships, talk to a few people. They say wholesalers never get cars that quickly. They suggest to go on the website and look at their used car page. Sure enough. There it is. For sale. I even had a friend call and ask to see the vehicle. Fords response was oh yeah it's here come take a look. While all that was going on, I'm still at a different dealership still feeling like i may have made a bad choice on the mustang, so just for the heck of it. I asked them what they would give me for it. Super low price came back. I asked why. " well sir, it's been in a major accident. "... how i just saw the carfax? They print the paper and hand it to me. Yup. Accident. So I take that paper work back to Westfield Ford to show the accident. I pull in. There's my old car ( the Taurus ) for sale. I show them the paper work on the accident. And ask why my cars there for sale when they told it was gone. Going back and fourth with different people for a few mins. I turned to point to my old car in the lot. It was gone. They moved it to the back. Soooo shady. They told me my paper work doesn't mean **** to them and that the deal was done, I signed the papers. And to leave the building or be escorted out... all in all, yes I signed the papers. But i signed the papers " knowing " it was a clean car ( no accidents ) Yes the buyers remorse is my deal. That's something I have to live with.. BUT...! I was lied to. They didn't sell my car to a wholesaler. It was on the lot when I pulled in today. For sale! And my mustang that i thought had a clean report, didn't.. I've always been a Ford person and gone to Ford for all my repair work. But I tell ya. I really feel cheated. Why hide the car when I show up? Why not show a little simpathy for selling a car to someone that was told/shown clean, but wasn't. they could have worked with me a little. Nope. A deals a deal, u own the car, leave or be escorted out. Sorry for the extremely lengthy review. But telling the whole story was needed. More
No honor among thieves…… I was contacted by Westfield Ford after filling out a Sam’s club inquiry. I was told on Wednesday a price by two different people, Scott Wallace and I was contacted by Westfield Ford after filling out a Sam’s club inquiry. I was told on Wednesday a price by two different people, Scott Wallace and Nick Stepici. I drove an hour (one way) this morning (Saturday) to close the deal. When I got there, the price had gone up $2000. Frank Meccia broke the bad news to me. I asked him if he was going to honor the price I was given (both verbally and in writing) and he said “no”. I guess this was a "bait & switch". Please save your time and go somewhere else. These guys are not honorable. The system would not allow me to do no stars so I had to select 1 which is too high. From 1980's style sales tactics to outright lying and deceitful behavior, this dealer is a blemish on the Ford brand. I'll likely never buy a Ford vehicle again after this experience. The internet sales team and I agreed on a vehicle price via email before I visited the showroom. Once there, the salesman and his manager both attempted to double-charge vehicle destination fee and claimed that "every Ford dealer does this" because they need to advertise their prices so aggressively online. They both apologized late, but it was embarrassing to watch and an incredibly frustrating experience. Now, two weeks later, I'm still asking the dealer to return my initial credit card deposit which was not part of the payment. Despite multiple promises that they will do so, they haven't. I was also forced to pay for nitrogen-filled tires, though I had no need or want for them. It was only $150, so I agreed just so that I could end the negotiation. This is the type of dealership that gives car dealers a bad name, and the type of dealership that continues to destroy the Ford brand with younger buyers. Ford should be ashamed that this place has their logo outside of it. They should be a buy here-pay here lot that makes their money repossessing cars. More
