AVOID AT ALL COSTS! My father passed away and we sold our car to Westfield Ford in January. My family has bought several cars from them and we assumed our loyalty was import to them. We are now at the 6 mont car to Westfield Ford in January. My family has bought several cars from them and we assumed our loyalty was import to them. We are now at the 6 month mark and we still have not received our payment for the car we sold them. Worse off they have given my brother the run around, dodged calls, ghosted emails, avoided in person confrontations for months. Now I have to get my lawyer involved just to handle a simple situation. They seem like friendly people, but they are just another shady car dealership, perhaps worse as they are taking advantage of grieving families who were once loyal customers More
Had an oil change about 4 months ago at Westfield Ford and it was due for another oil change and I was going to do it myself as I normally would do if I have some free time... COULD NOT get the oil plug o and it was due for another oil change and I was going to do it myself as I normally would do if I have some free time... COULD NOT get the oil plug out!!!! I jacked the car up and tried to loosen it with a breaker bar and it would not turn! I then called them up to explain the problem and told them they over torqued the plug last oil change and asked if I could stop in and have them loosen it and snug it so I could finish the oil chang at home.. Wow after being transferred to 3 different people and being told it couldn’t be over tightened and they couldn’t fix the problem unless I got an oil by them!! After them trying to make it seem like I was an idiot they said bring it in and they’ll take a look. I got there 15 minutes after I got off the phone and they told me it will be about an hour!! xxx.. more like 2 hours later I had to pay for an oil change! And sit in an over crowded waiting room during the Covid -19 deal! Just accept you made a mistake and take care of your customers without all the xx! This is not my first problem at Westfield Ford but after this it will be my last! No more Westfield Ford for myself or my family! More
I bought a used F-150 from another dealership. Within a week the truck was making a crazy noise in the front end. I took it back where I purchased it and got no where. Had an oil change. Oil leaked out in an hour. Almost fried the engine. They found their mistake and took care of it. But it cost me a half day of work. Could have been fatal to an engine of a brand new fried the engine. They found their mistake and took care of it. But it cost me a half day of work. Horrible management! THE UPPER SALES MANAGERS ARE SLEAZY! Do not buy a car from here. We made it clear that we needed a 2 year 24,000 mile warranty on the vehicle we were THE UPPER SALES MANAGERS ARE SLEAZY! Do not buy a car from here. We made it clear that we needed a 2 year 24,000 mile warranty on the vehicle we were purchasing....we repeated it over and over....they knew we wanted that piece of mind so when we shook hands on the agreed amount, we thought that was included in the negotiation (they never said it wasn't, but they should have said that UP FRONT!!!!) While they were running my husband's credit, has asked to make sure it included the warranty. Sales rep goes to get the sales manager and of course now they say it does not. They could not understand why we were upset. They tried to back door us!!! When we left without buying the vehicle, we looked up pricing on that same vehicle and they wanted too much for it anyway. So glad the deal didn't go down...but wish we hadn't wasted 2. hours of our time. DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP!!!! SLEAZY!!!! More

I dropped a star because of customer service e'mail. Customer service, so you want to know about the dealership, NOT my car purchase experience. I was looking at a Ford Ranger advertised 25k They want 41k. Internet price is to get people in the door. Management saw the screw in the rear passenger tire as did I. They sent me on my way telling me to come back Monday On the way home I lost air and took it to Discount Tire. Luckily i didn't replace the tire place fixed. I am covered for a loaner, so Friday, why do i need a credit card?? Bringing it in for some detail work. Look how much they charge and most people don't care about the customer.
