If we didn’t need a car (and they had The be on their lot) I would and probably should have walked out! After asking for an appraisal they wouldn’t give my car key back, wouldnt let us leave to pick and lot) I would and probably should have walked out! After asking for an appraisal they wouldn’t give my car key back, wouldnt let us leave to pick and drop off our stuff before continuing with paperwork. I truly do not like this dealer. They made me feel crappy few years back too (didn’t buy anything then) and I guess I was waiting for punishment. Bad name to a great car! More
The sales rep was very good. But was a little disappointed with the finance rep who wanted to sell me an extra insurance policy. Please understand that No means No! This is the only dealership I let maintain my car. Miguel Duran is the perfect service advisor. He made sure everything was done and at the minimum cost thoroughly checking my warranty etc. The only Miguel Duran is the perfect service advisor. He made sure everything was done and at the minimum cost thoroughly checking my warranty etc. The only mechanic I use there is Mike Kladis He is thorough, very knowledgeable and explained everything to me that was done and at what level everything was done. I appreciate the explanation from both men. They both made me feel I was driving the safest car around. I love my 2020 Escape and I feel with their help I will have this car a long long time. Kudos to Westfield Ford for excellent Service again and again. More
Great dealership who was honest about pricing in these crazy car buying times. I drive 20 min to this dealer as opposed to the one within walking distance of my house. crazy car buying times. I drive 20 min to this dealer as opposed to the one within walking distance of my house. More

During almost 25 years of owning Ford vehicles, I have never encountered with such incompetency, ignorance and complete disregard of the customer, as I have experienced at Westfield Ford. To Make the long never encountered with such incompetency, ignorance and complete disregard of the customer, as I have experienced at Westfield Ford. To Make the long story short, I will describe my encounter with this dealership in bullet points: * First visit - had to replace a rubber sealer in the passenger door under warranty. The guy at the dealership said he will order the part and call me back. * Second visit (after 2 weeks) - no one called. I came back and found out that the part was not ordered. Been told the part will be ordered and that they will call me back once it arrives. * Third visit (after 3 weeks) - no one called. I came back to find out that the part was not ordered. Spoke with Kyle, who ordered the part. Been told that Kyle will call me back once the part in arrived. * Fourth encounter (after 3 weeks) - NO ONE CALLED. Came to the dealership and found out that the part is actually at the dealership. Mechanics strike started, and no one could install the part for many weeks (not dealership's fault this time). * Fifth encounter - strike is over, set up a date and installed the part. Talked to Kyle and said that I need to align rear bumper under warranty. Kyle said that he will open a ticked and call me back to set up the date. 5 weeks passed.....do you think Kyle called back? Of course not. Went to Fair Oaks Ford who did everything I needed right away. In conclusion, think twice before taking your business to Westfield Ford More
The worst experience I've ever had at a dealership. Before going to Westfield Ford, my credit union emailed our buyers service paperwork so we wouldn’t have to haggle over prices. We got an email clai Before going to Westfield Ford, my credit union emailed our buyers service paperwork so we wouldn’t have to haggle over prices. We got an email claiming that they received our buyer’s service offer but once we arrived at Westfield, we were told that they could not honor it due to ‘limited inventory and the backup in computer chips’. I’ve used our a buyers service over the years and Westfield is the first dealership that didn’t accept it. After the test drive, we told the sales person that we had approved financing through our credit union and we didn’t want any new inquiries on our credit–later I found out Westfield actually ran, not 1 or 2, but 4 hard inquiries on my credit without our permission. Those 4 hard inquiries will reduce my credit score for the next 2 years. But my experience at Westfield really went downhill once we began working with Omar of their finance dept. I told him that I didn’t want any extended warranties, yet somehow I later found a warranty - their Package A Elite which only covers the windshield and the paint job for $2500. He claims the Package A warranty can’t be removed and it’s added to all new vehicle purchases. In all, he built in $5,644 of additional dealer installed options. Even after reviewing the paperwork, we still can’t figure out what $3000 of those options were for. We finally signed after 4 hours at the dealership. When I sent the bill of sale to my credit union, initially they would not approve because Westfield’s price & dealer options were over 125% of the what the car was worth. Since I had already signed, I was advised to buy gap insurance – which is only necessary in an "underwater" deal. After about a week, I got a text message (presumably from the finance dept– they didn’t identify themselves) with their Delivery Checklist needed to register my warrantee. Most places scan documents so you can sign and send it back – Westfield sent the form in a text message with a cell photo of the document – totally ridiculous & unprofessional; they didn’t even take care to get a straight photo. One of my many mistakes here (in addition to going to Westfield Ford in the first place) was shopping for a car at a place that didn’t honor my credit union’s buyer’s service – I’ve purchased my last 3 vehicles that way & Westfield is the first dealer that did not honor it. My next mistake was not asking enough questions about their numbers and driving the vehicle home with a temporary contract. We should have walked out. I’m a stroke survivor so I’ve slowed a bit, and my wife is an immigrant - they really took advantage of us. There was a song ‘if their lips are moving then they’re lying’ – perfect song for my experience at Westfield. Be forewarned. More
