We were buying from out of state, and feel they took advantage of us. The sales guy tried to use his health issues to make us feel bad, to help convince us to buy the car. The vehicle runs great, but he wasn't honest about all the dents and scratches on it. We bought the vehicle anyways, but then got a horrible surprise after getting it home and washing it. We don't know exactly what they used to cover the sanded down and primed spot over the back wheel well, but after washing it all the cover up came off and now it looks awful. Overall it was not a good experience and I would NEVER buy a vehicle from here again. More

Worked with Rick - it was no nonsense to build a Ford transit. If we didn’t need a car (and they had The be on their lot) I would and probably should have walked out! After asking for an appraisal they wouldn’t give my car key back, wouldnt let us leave to pick and lot) I would and probably should have walked out! This is the only dealership I let maintain my car. Miguel Duran is the perfect service advisor. I appreciate the explanation from both men. They both made me feel I was driving the safest car around. I love my 2020 Escape and I feel with their help I will have this car a long long time. Kudos to Westfield Ford for excellent Service again and again. More
