I have had a feature on my car not work for 2 years. I have been to the dealership no less then 3 times to have it repaired. I was just told again they need my car and will call me when they have a loan I have been to the dealership no less then 3 times to have it repaired. I was just told again they need my car and will call me when they have a loaner available. That was 3 weeks ago. I call, leave messages, no one calls me back. They dont give a crap about you once they make the sale. I know if I was a man, they wouldnt blow off my issue for two years. RUN away from this dealership, especially if you are a female. TWO YEARS- NO RESOLUTION. Purchased a brand new vehicle that has never had 100% of items working. More

Make promises they don't intend to keep. Found out the 2 different fixed the same part however one of them broke the part and know one knew until I took my car to another shop. We had a very good experience at Westfield. The negotiations were professional and straightforward. The price of the truck was fair, not more or less than competitors but it was nice to deal w The negotiations were professional and straightforward. My only negative was the paperwork guy who gave us a very, very hard sell on an external warranty and made my loan for 60 Months rancher than the 48 I asked for. As the last person in the process that leaves a bit of sourness to the experience. That said we would definitely consider for another purchase. More

I walked in on a Friday morning and was greeted by Jacob, I informed him that I was interested in the bronco. Jacob welcomed me and was ready to get me in one, and we were off test driving.
