Everyone was really friendly and worked with us to find a vehicle that was in our price range. We weren't sure if we wanted new or used, but they helped us figure out the pros and cons and price difference. vehicle that was in our price range. We weren't sure if we wanted new or used, but they helped us figure out the pros and cons and price difference. Never felt "stalked" while looking...which is a huge plus in my book! Would definitely recommend! More
I have rated Customer service a 1 because it took me a total of 5 trips to this dealership to get my 500 dollar deposite back. The dealer said that on two of the occasions the check was there but was no total of 5 trips to this dealership to get my 500 dollar deposite back. The dealer said that on two of the occasions the check was there but was not signed by the owner. Then they told me the owner only sends money out to people 2 days out of the month. The owners wife convieniently forgot on the first day then I had to wait for another 2 weeks so she could sign it then. I gave them a 2 in friendliness because through it all they were always initially friendly. However, they would turn on you in a second if things didn't go their way. Like when I was going to walk out. My overall experience is definately a 1 because they lied numerous times, they would not return my deposite when they could not honor the deal we made, and they made it as difficult as possible for me to get the deposite back (took me a full month). They also gave me a new mustang to take home when we made the deal to use until they got my car and they took my trade-in. This was a tactic they used to try and force me to make the deal. At one point they told me I couldn't have my car back because it was "already sold". Just one lie after another. Basically what happened was we made a deal on a Mustang GT/CS that would be a dealer trade and I gave them a 500 dollar deposite to hold that deal. The next day they told me they couldn't get the car we made the deal on because it was sold. When I went to get my money back they talked me into letting them try to find other cars I would be interested in. We went through 4 different cars that I agreed on then supposedly they had been sold when they checked on them. They strung this process out for two weeks hoping I would give in and buy a Mustang Convertable on their lot. They made getting my money back as difficult a process as possible (this took me over a month). Whatever you do, dont give these guys a deposite for anything. If you have to, then use a credit card so you can let the credit company fight with them. The best part was when I went to the dealer that had my original car we made a deal on. It was never sold to anyone! Guess what? I am now driving that very car today. More
