I have bought my last 5 cars here, my parents have bought their last 5 cars here, my brother bought his truck here, & my cousin bought his mustang here. I WILL NEVER GO BACK AND NON OF MY FAMILY WILL EITH their last 5 cars here, my brother bought his truck here, & my cousin bought his mustang here. I WILL NEVER GO BACK AND NON OF MY FAMILY WILL EITHER!! My wife and I needed a mini van to accommodate our growing family. Ford doesn't make a new model so we were forced to either buy a used van at Westfield, or look elsewhere.... I had an extended warranty on my 2009 Escape and wanted to know how much cash value this had (so I knew how much I could put down on a new car total). My wife called an never got an answer...while we were in the research stage... I called the next week and was told I needed to talk to the financing manager since he handled all of this. I called up and the guy was a total jerk on the phone, saying "I don't know who you are....you need to come in so I can make sure your a real customer"...well, how would I know everything about my car and personal info if it wasn't me...not to mention, I just wanted a figure....at that point I was still thinking and planning...we were planning on going to Westfield first to see if a used van would make sense... At that point, I wasn't going to buy from them again...I went in and the used car manager eventually got me a figure... Lets move forward now...I bought a VW Routon...now I needed to cash in this extended warranty...so I went in person to Westfield...went to the finance manager again (since I was told he was the only guy who could do this for me)...I walk into the guys office, tell him what I needed and he says "Your going to have to come back and make an appointment, I'm to busy" I go, "are you kidding me". He says 'No" and closes the door. I eventually got my cash back, again going to the used car manager...but because of the finance manager at Westfield ford, I will never go back and I warn you to not buy a car from them! All they care about are themselves.... More
I called This dealer to check the availability on a vehicle. When they called back The salesman left a voicemail saying they had 2 of the vehicles that I was interested in. I returned the call 5 times vehicle. When they called back The salesman left a voicemail saying they had 2 of the vehicles that I was interested in. I returned the call 5 times and the salesman never picked up his phone. The lady at the switchboard was very rude and unprofessional as she tried to give me a phone number with an extension to dial in order to leave a voice message for the salesman. I explained to her I was going down the interstate and had no means of writing down a phone number of extension. Needless to say I took the information and left a message and as of this posting I have yet to hear back from the salesman (rob). After finding this website and reading the above ratings I think I will sty away from this dealership. I would love to know what happened with the gentleman who is afraid of putting his true experience for fear of a lawsuit. Obviously this is a dealership to avoid with posts like that and the level of service I have received. More
This was the worst experience of my life. I cannot go into detail on why for fear of being sued. There are so many other dealerships to choose from and I regret not going elsewhere. Due to this horrible into detail on why for fear of being sued. There are so many other dealerships to choose from and I regret not going elsewhere. Due to this horrible experience, three generations of ford drivers in our family will no longer purchase them. Was it worth it all for $235.10? It must have been for Westfield Ford! More
Everyone was really friendly and worked with us to find a vehicle that was in our price range. We weren't sure if we wanted new or used, but they helped us figure out the pros and cons and price difference. vehicle that was in our price range. We weren't sure if we wanted new or used, but they helped us figure out the pros and cons and price difference. Never felt "stalked" while looking...which is a huge plus in my book! Would definitely recommend! More
I have rated Customer service a 1 because it took me a total of 5 trips to this dealership to get my 500 dollar deposite back. The dealer said that on two of the occasions the check was there but was no total of 5 trips to this dealership to get my 500 dollar deposite back. The dealer said that on two of the occasions the check was there but was not signed by the owner. Then they told me the owner only sends money out to people 2 days out of the month. The owners wife convieniently forgot on the first day then I had to wait for another 2 weeks so she could sign it then. I gave them a 2 in friendliness because through it all they were always initially friendly. However, they would turn on you in a second if things didn't go their way. Like when I was going to walk out. My overall experience is definately a 1 because they lied numerous times, they would not return my deposite when they could not honor the deal we made, and they made it as difficult as possible for me to get the deposite back (took me a full month). They also gave me a new mustang to take home when we made the deal to use until they got my car and they took my trade-in. This was a tactic they used to try and force me to make the deal. At one point they told me I couldn't have my car back because it was "already sold". Just one lie after another. Basically what happened was we made a deal on a Mustang GT/CS that would be a dealer trade and I gave them a 500 dollar deposite to hold that deal. The next day they told me they couldn't get the car we made the deal on because it was sold. When I went to get my money back they talked me into letting them try to find other cars I would be interested in. We went through 4 different cars that I agreed on then supposedly they had been sold when they checked on them. They strung this process out for two weeks hoping I would give in and buy a Mustang Convertable on their lot. They made getting my money back as difficult a process as possible (this took me over a month). Whatever you do, dont give these guys a deposite for anything. If you have to, then use a credit card so you can let the credit company fight with them. The best part was when I went to the dealer that had my original car we made a deal on. It was never sold to anyone! Guess what? I am now driving that very car today. More
