What on the earth is wrong with this place? Called an hour before driving the 35 miles into an incredibly depressed neighborhood only to find that they had sold the car already! And then they tried to sh hour before driving the 35 miles into an incredibly depressed neighborhood only to find that they had sold the car already! And then they tried to show me other vehicles, and offered no real explanation to why they can’t understand how an inventory works. Any real dealership understands how inventory works. Avoid this place if you can. they also weren’t wearing masks, and it was extremely crowded inside. That’s not ideal during a pandemic. And the geniuses that work there were not wearing their mask properly at all. Stay faaaaar away. The advertised prices are just to lure you in don’t fall victim. More
It was terrible the car guy lied about the car I was coming to buy saying that it was not there any more after I had just gotten of the phone with another person telling me that the car wash there so I coming to buy saying that it was not there any more after I had just gotten of the phone with another person telling me that the car wash there so I will never deal with that company again thank you More
In my profession a small miscommunication can cost your employer thousands of dollars of fines, if you keep doing it you lose your job as a representative. At Western Ave Nissan, I had been approved for employer thousands of dollars of fines, if you keep doing it you lose your job as a representative. At Western Ave Nissan, I had been approved for a car for that was much cheaper than what I have now from this dealership. I was told multiple times by the agent that I can bring in the car back within 2 weeks if I don’t like it and exchange it with the cheap cars I was originally looking for. I communicated over the phone with sales to confirm that I can bring in the car anytime with the given time period. But they have now told me car doesn’t belong to them. I can go on to more detail but for the time being, from first greeter upto finishing up the sale, I have noticed many misinformation and false confirmation. Now someone is forced to keep the car which can not be afforded. CAN NOT allow this kind of free miscommunication that is designed to screw over the buyer. Anyone who goes to this dealership make sure you record conversations with your sales person or with any management. Even though they have the paper that you signed (with contingent upon what sales person told u) they should still be kept responsible for false information. If you have fallen to this same scam, speak to a lawyer. If you just let it pass, they'll keep doing it. No one is above the law. More
