I drove a good amount of miles hour drive from Indiana i called ahead of time to make sure the suv was available I was told yes i got there & then was told it was gone then was told i there wasn't anything called ahead of time to make sure the suv was available I was told yes i got there & then was told it was gone then was told i there wasn't anything available for me then about within a week later i got an email with the same individual asking how my visit was also asking if i made my purchase successful so my understanding was at this point false advertisement as well as I was lied to face to face!!! What on the earth is wrong with this place? Called an hour before driving the 35 miles into an incredibly depressed neighborhood only to find that they had sold the car already! And then they tried to show me other vehicles, and offered no real explanation to why they can’t understand how an inventory works. Any real dealership understands how inventory works. Avoid this place if you can. they also weren’t wearing masks, and it was extremely crowded inside. That’s not ideal during a pandemic. And the geniuses that work there were not wearing their mask properly at all. Stay faaaaar away. The advertised prices are just to lure you in don’t fall victim. More
