Couldn't get them to answer a simple question. Kept asking if I got their email. I called to confirm that a 2022 Sentra S was available to purchase and on their lot. The dealership's website showed availability. Monica answered my call and confirmed that the vehicle was available and at purchase and on their lot. The dealership's website showed availability. Monica answered my call and confirmed that the vehicle was available and at the dealership. She said that it came in the previous week. Monica was very pushy to have me commit to an appointment time. First, I asked 3-4 more times confirming it was there. She chuckled and confirmed. Also, I asked if she would be the salesperson that would take care of me - she chuckled and confirmed again. I showed up for my 2:30pm appointment and asked for Monica. The salesman said that she is the phone/internet person and MONICA IS NOT A SALESPERSON - LIE #1. Then, we walked to the back lot to look for a 2022 Sentra S THAT WAS NEVER THERE - LIE #2. He apologized for her lies and I left. WASTED MY TIME, BUT NEVER AGAIN! The funny part... the next day she calls me while I'm buying a 2022 Sentra S from Countryside Nissan. I told her to lose my number! More
Horrible service, called in the am to inquiry about a vehicle they told that they have it, drove almost 2hrs, when I get there sell man (diego) says car was at toyota dealer he was gonna go get it, I wen vehicle they told that they have it, drove almost 2hrs, when I get there sell man (diego) says car was at toyota dealer he was gonna go get it, I went outside after 10min and he is still on the back almost like hiding, walked back in and some other sell man tells me the car is not gonna be ready for a few days to come back! Dealer made offer to sell for a sum certain online via True Car. We communicated several times via email. We verified vehicle was in stock and ready to pick up. We drove 5 hours and accepted the offer, but Western Ave suddenly piled on almost $3K in additional fees... and then said the car wasn't even on the lot (after we were told it was there, in stock, and ready for us). The salesman admitted "we always lowball" offers, just to get potential buyers to come in to the dealership, where the dirty work is done. We wasted an entire day and 10+ hours on the road, only to realize the extent of their dishonesty upon arrival. I've been been buying vehicles since the 1980s and this is the least reputable, least honest dealer I've ever had the misfortune to encounter. Needless to say, we walked out and will never return. We're telling all our friends far and wide about our insanely poor experience with Western Ave Nissan. If I could give them less than 1 star, it'd STILL be more than they deserve. If dishonesty, misrepresentation, and "bait and switch" is what you're after, they're a perfect dealer for you! More

I made an appointment to test drive one of their used vehicles, and was informed that the car was available. After driving almost 2 hours to get here through traffic, I was informed in person that the ca vehicles, and was informed that the car was available. After driving almost 2 hours to get here through traffic, I was informed in person that the car was not available as a prior test drive had revealed a blown head gasket. I was never informed ahead of time though this appointment was booked for THIS SPECIFIC VEHICLE. Very unprofessional, yet their motto is not to waste your time. More
