When I called about the car, the sales person or receptionist said she would have to see if the car was there and would call me back. I didn’t get a call back until I sent an email about poor communication. When they called back the car was supposedly at the Volvo dealer getting a new windshield. Sent another email asking about all of the poor reviews of the dealership and that I would need proof that they actually have the vehicle before I would schedule a test drive. 7 days later and no confirmation that they have the car. At this point there is no way I would set foot in the dealership. There is a reason there are so many bad reviews—they are true. Look for a car elsewhere. More
They had a car listed online that I inquired about. . someone contacted me about it wanting to get me to come by to test drive.. come to find out: 1) she was an internet sales person who knew nothing ab . someone contacted me about it wanting to get me to come by to test drive.. come to find out: 1) she was an internet sales person who knew nothing about the car and didn't even work there and 2) the car had NO TRANSMISSION!! The car couldn't even start even if I WANTED to test drive. The on-site salesman, Aaron was great btw.. he was open and honest and did his best to accommodate. I just wish they stop baiting people to come by just to switch up and push something else! Or just advertise vehicles like that as mechanic specials.. I feel they would move faster More

I received several automated marketing emails immediately that had no additional information on the vehicle, just asking if I wanted it, offering to answer questions, etc... Yet my questions were not answered. The email that seemed most pointed to an actual person was responded to asking for photos. No response. Followed up a couple days later, response was unprofessional in just saying "no pictures yet." I responded with how ridiculous it is for a dealership in this day of technology to fail to have photos and that I refuse to purchase from such a place and with such unprofessional attitude as a seemingly large place. Their response: "great! Thank you for your time." this is beyond sad, there is no customer service, no tech support, no common abilities to add photos or treat customers you want business from with at least some interest in making the same. Black marked for me to ever buy from them and will share with all I know to avoid them. More
I went to the service last week for a noise coming from underneath the car. Same Problem was diagnosed wrong 3 years ago. I thought they repaired it well. When it went out of control this last couple month underneath the car. Same Problem was diagnosed wrong 3 years ago. I thought they repaired it well. When it went out of control this last couple months, I took it back. They said the warranty was over a month and a half ago. Did not fix it. Did not assume any responsibility. Blamed me with coming back too late. Charged me diagnostics fee. I took my car back. Would never go back to this dealer again. Actually would never go back to Nissan at all. As a result, I sold my Nissan yesterday and bought a new Toyota. This dealership is the same dealership that denied fixing our brand new Pathfinder’s sunroof 6 years ago. It was leaking and they told me that sunroofs would leak. They even put that on service records (in writing). That was not very clever of them. As a result of their behavior, Nissan ended up replacing the vehicle with a brand new one after the arbitration process. Western Ave Nissan is a dealership that definitely carries no business ethics and values. Their Nissan license should be revoked. More
Stay away from this place! !!!! It’s full of con-artists and dishonest people. It’s what gives car salesmen a bad name. I purchased a car for my son, it lasted less than a day. !!!! It’s full of con-artists and dishonest people. It’s what gives car salesmen a bad name. I purchased a car for my son, it lasted less than a day. I had it towed back there for $450.00. I spoke to Manny, who was my salesman, who couldn’t do anything. He referred me to the manager, Holly, who said she would help. I assumed all was good. As instructed, I sent my son back the next day for another vehicle, he spent $140.00 in ubers for this trip. The manager told me Melvin and GM Freddy were aware of the situation. When he got there, Melvin wasn’t there and the GM knew nothing. A total mess. So I drove back in from another state because I was told all was arranged and I would just had to sign papers. Sounded ok. After an hour and a half we noticed they added a dealer interior charge which was the same as the refund for the defective first car. We were waiting to discuss a warranty. It was never finalized. They would not remove it, change it to a warranty or even discuss a reduction in that erroneous upcharge. Manny, Diego, Coby and Holly are dishonest dealer representatives. It’s very sad that this type of sales behavior still happens today. I suggest anyone looking for a car go elsewhere. More
