Went in today to purchase a vehicle that I saw online through Carfax and they would not honor the price. They tried to charge me for upgrades on the vehicle even though in the Carfax report the upgrades through Carfax and they would not honor the price. Left feeling like I dealt with a local auto lot with a used car salesmen rather then being at a Nissan dealership . I'm 53 yoa, been buying Nissan's since 1999. This is my first bad experience with a Nissan dealership. They wanted to raise the price by nearly $8000 on a 2018 Sl. No test drive offered and when I asked about the safety recall on the vehicle they were not aware of it. A sales manager didn't even come over to talk to me. I was very surprised and disappointed by the experience. More
Complete incompetence Dealer had a vehicle advertised on AutoTrader for $21,000. Called them as an out-of-state buyer, obtained my pre-approved financing from my credit union, and a shipping quote from the dealer. Ready to buy, but then was told the actual price of the vehicle was $27,900. TWO DAYS to explain an advertising error?! The whole place seemed disorganized. Spoke with 5-6 different sales consultants, none of who seemed to know what to do, most of them promising to have a "manager" call me, who never did. The singularly worst car buying experience I've ever had. More

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE I just bought a car there. After leaving the dealership at closing - the salesman and I neglected to notice the gash on the passenger side under door. I just bought a car there. After leaving the dealership at closing - the salesman and I neglected to notice the gash on the passenger side under door. I spoke with the manager John the minute I saw it. He said to bring the car in to discuss. In the meantime, paperwork showed they didn't put the down payment on the financing. After a full day of work I went to speak with John, he was the rudest man I ever dealt with in my life! He compared this dealership with CarMax - no price negation take car or leave it. He also went as far as bringing out a piece of paper to show they only made a hundred dollars on this sale and he loudly said he also had to pay the salesman 200 for selling the car (unprofessional and tacky). This was very loud verbal abuse in the center of the showroom which was filled with people. In the meantime, the finance manger came out of his office with two pieces of paper and a pen to sign the new contract with my down payment and trade in on it. I guess I was supposed to sign this on top of a show room car. John Management said he would not even give a bolt to hold the trim on. (Let see what Nissan says). I also left this dealership with an empty gas tank and foul flood odor in the car which was supposed to be "detailed". This place is completely void of integrity, no class and should not work with the public. My referral is go to a Real CarMax and AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!!! More

Bait and switch I went there to look at several discounted vehicles that were listless online. I called ahead and confirmed. When I went in, (and waited 20 minutes) a salesman told me 2 of the vehicles were trade trade ins that haven't arrived yet and the other vehicle was junk. I'm a private investigator and I investigate financial and fruad among other things and this guy was lying through his teeth. He immediately proceeded to attempt to herd me to a new car. That flew like a lead balloon and off I went. Me being the detective I am sent a text message to the dealership as soon as was in the parking lot asking if these 3 vehicles "Are physically on your lot at this time?" They replied yes, so I (stealthily) walked their entire premises and couldn't find hide nor hair of the vehicles in question. I walked back inside soaking wet from the rain and went up to the salesman who lied to me the 1st time and showed him the text message from their own dealership. He because flustered and called I another salesman because I busted him. I'm going to preface by saying that I'm trained and experienced in interviews and interrogations, and with experience it becomes 2nd nature to be able to size people up. The 2nd salesman was in his early 50s and very clearly a veteran of his trade. I could tell in the 1st 2 seconds that he sized me up for what I am, a human Bul**hit detector and to his credit, he didn't try to cover the fact he was lying when he said the cars weren't on the lot. I know that because he also didn't try to sell me a car. This is the worst dealership I have ever been to. More

After dealing with traffic and arriving at 8:30 (they close at 9) I am told they all the sudden can't find the car and that I should just go down the street to the Chevy dealership! If you are looking for a vehicle, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS DEALERSHIP. They are misleading and/or flat out liars, and obviously very unorganized. Would rate a 0 if I could. More
