Run the other direction! !! (Would give ZERO stars if I could) I requested an appt to test drive a 2017 Nissan Versa to which a salesperson (Rupert Ranger) helped set up. !! (Would give ZERO stars if I could) I requested an appt to test drive a 2017 Nissan Versa to which a salesperson (Rupert Ranger) helped set up. Rupert assured me there was nothing majorly wrong with the car (after inquiring about the low price and only having the stock photo). I reiterated that I didn’t want my husband to take off work or for us to drive 2 1/2 hours (with three young kids) just for a test drive if it had issues. He assured me it’s worth it. So after sharing all that with my husband, he agreed to cover the 2nd half of his work shift. I called Rupert back to lock in an appt time to test drive the Nissan Versa. He said to ask for him by name when we arrive. After the very stressful 2 1/2 hour drive (again 3 young kids-one with special needs) there is no Rupert waiting for us. Someone else comes over…we inform him we have an appt with Rupert to test drive the 2017 Nissan Versa. At this point, we are told that we cannot test drive the car because the transmission is shot. “This is a mechanic special?” Not that I would know what that means but regardless, this is the first I am notified of this issue. He walks away to talk to his manager I suspect. I immediately checked their website multiple times and NO WHERE online does it mention transmission issues or a mechanic special. Nor did Rupert share that info with me in either of our phone calls. 😡 We are furious. Not only did we drive a car with terrible brakes 2 1/2 hours, which he knew we were driving there for a trade-in, but we drove there for nothing. We weren’t looking at random cars, we came all that way to test drive this one car. Of course they try to push a sale on us… “If we can just get you to come up to $$$” etc. A different guy comes out to try to persuade us to make a bigger our has and takes my husband outside to look at cars on the lot. while walking around, he was CLIPPING HIS NAILS 🤢 legit had a nail clipper. We packed up and left to check out a different dealership who heard about our experience. Now we know better and have learned of their pathetic reputation from other dealerships. 😂 Please don’t waste your time or money. More

July 2, 2024 BEWARE OF HIDDEN COSTS! !! We were interested in a car priced $5395 online for our son. We called multiple times to verify the price, check on the condition, schedule an appo !! We were interested in a car priced $5395 online for our son. We called multiple times to verify the price, check on the condition, schedule an appointment and make sure there wasn’t anything we should know about the car before we made the drive. We drove 3.5 hours the next day to see the car. When we arrived we were told the actual price was over $8000 because a clear exterior paint was applied/required as well as an interior treatment. We were told that these items were required/already applied and couldn’t be declined or removed from the actual purchase price. We unfortunately left without even seeing the car because of this non-negotiable, undisclosed difference in the price. VERY MISLEADING AND DISAPPOINTING DEALER. More
