My husband and I were randomly assigned Francis as a Westchester Toyota agent for a routine leasing agreement. We walked into the Toyota dealership convinced we wanted to get a lease on a new Corolla, but when we found ourselves worrying about the price, he was so helpful in giving us "used car" alternatives that would lead to permanent ownership. In practically no time, he was able to show us the entire used inventory and helped us weigh the pros and cons of each. He knew everything about the whole purchasing process as well as fully explaining the technical specs of the car we were interested in. Francis was totally helpful in explaining both the leasing procedure as well as the purchasing procedure of a used vehicle.
