On Monday ,10/24/2016 I took my 2013 Toyota Venza to be serviced as the service light come on. my appointment was schedule for 8 am that morning. on completion of the formality I was assigned Robert Garcia as service consultant. To my surprise Robert pointed out to me that I need transmission service ,front and rear lube service and oil ,lube and filter change......He asked me if this was my first service appoint with this vehicle and I pointed out to him that I had just purchase this vehicle in late May and was told at the dealership that oil and filter ,transmission brakes, new tires and a 21 point inspection was done ,all that would happened is that in October service would be needed as it relates to the sticker on the windscreen..I was so upset and angry for being lied to ,and seeing the frustration I was experiencing , he immediately spoke to me in a calm tone of voice and said we know that you are a previous customer and loyal customer I will present your case to my manager to see how we can assist you. To my surprise he reture and said that you do not have to pay any money today we will take care of you needs.i almost fell out my seat. This was a super surprise as no one has ever done anything like this for me. I AM NOW A TOYOTA CUSTOMER FOR LIFE ASWELL AS MY ENTIRE FAMILY..
