Experience was great! When I came to buy a car at Toyota Westchester, the salesperson Raul came right up to me when I pulled into the lot. He was very polite, friendly and helpful when I was choosing which car I wanted. I had 2 in mind - the Rav4 and Highlander. I was not sure which one I wanted, after Raul was giving me the prices for both cars and when I decided in the end Raul helped in every way to make the process smooth. I was very happy. He called me frequently and let me know the status on when the car was coming in. The car came in a week earlier and Raul even drove to pick up my vehicle. Raul is a hard worker and I was very impressed that he was even the one that had to fill the tank and have the car washed. When I picked up the car, Raul went through every step of the vehicle and what everything was, put the mats in the car for me, even paired my iPhone with the car. Raul was great and I would definitely recommend a friend going to see him. I give him a 10. Raul is the best! He even followed up the next day making sure if I had any questions for me to call. More
