Mr Raza was disrespectful, threatening, condescending and doesn't have the slightest idea of what customer service is or means. His behavior was beyond acceptabe to both my wife and her mother. As a client service manager at a major financial institution, if one of my team members behaved in such a manner, there would be serious consequences. We will be contacting the Better Business Bureau to report the full story. Buyer beware...and remember New Rochelle is only 20 min away from this establishment More

Terrible Used Car Manager Mr. Jody Litchman This is a copy of my email to GM Westchester Toyota on Wednesday 2/22/17: Dear Mr. Lee, My name is Jose David Witt, I was at your Dealership on Frid This is a copy of my email to GM Westchester Toyota on Wednesday 2/22/17: Dear Mr. Lee, My name is Jose David Witt, I was at your Dealership on Friday night 2/17, before President's day Holiday, and spoke to Jody Lichtman, Used Car Manager. • The vehicle in question is: Toyota Highlander 2013, CPO, Asking price: $18,988. o Stock #WU20229 o VIN: 5TDBK3EH3DS273701 Milage: 39,465 He agreed to lower to an all-inclusive price ( Tax, Doc fee, DMV Insp., New tags) of $20,500. But never ask me to place a Deposit to hold the car. I told him that I will need to speak to my wife, and will be contacting him Saturday. I went home. Next morning, I called Jody, and inform him that I was going forward with the deal, but he said "someone had put a Deposit" on the vehicle. He will let me know by Monday if they'll buy the car. The Holiday went by, and he did not returned my calls inquiring about the car, finally he calls me mentioned that the vehicle was sold. And there is no other vehicles available around the mentioned price Mr. Lee, I truly did not believe his statement about the "other people placing a deposit on this vehicle", Jody tried to sell it to the highest bidder during the Holiday weekend, but failed to do it. I have instructed several people to call and inquiry on this vehicle, and yes, they were told, that it was still available, and ready to be shown & test drive. This unethical , unprofessional behavior from you Used car Manager is so detrimental for your business, Jody, refused to sell it to me, just because I did not agree on the price on that Friday night 2/17. He wanted $20,500 and I wanted to settle on $20,000, because I did not have the OK from my boss (Wife). I know you will do the right thing, and re-train your key staff otherwise your business will suffer from unscrupulous people like Mr. Lichtman. P/S. Pedro Segura was great during the test drive.
