Great experience from cash to keys Researched online a lot from cars.com to toyota.com (pretty good actually but not always up to date) and a few others. Went to a typical used car deal Researched online a lot from cars.com to toyota.com (pretty good actually but not always up to date) and a few others. Went to a typical used car dealer with the lowest price and as expected from reviews online it was terrible waste of time. When paying with cash, they came back with a "cash price" that was more than this dealer's price after tax, instead of what was listed online. Be careful, they call it the down-payment on top of the asking price, even if paying if a cash deal. Not wanting to dealing searched for another Rav4 with low miles, no accidents and clear carfax and came across Westchester Toyota. What a difference - from the start. Called ahead (and saved $500 this way, check their site) as prices online are the lowest they will offer. Was hoping the manager, Sam, would budge but the price was fair for a great low-mileage car so we said yes after discussing with Sean. The stand out here was Sean who was a great person and truly sold us on the car, the dealership and the experience. It's the type of salesman that you take a photo with your car at the end - and we did lol holding new plates in hand and all. We went in thinking we would come home 50/50 with a car but the super friendly and knowledgeable rep was unreal. His mom would be proud, and his young son will too one day - yes, it got real personal. The used Rav4 is my first car and I'm extremely satisfied with all his help. If you're reading this Sean, thank you. Also, he even drove us to Citibank up the road to get the bank check and helped us inspect the car carefully (even checking with an obdii scanner) and it was all clear and well kept. If you're going in to buy, and you should, call online first to get that 500 off and then ask for Sean. Seriously, ask for him. More

Aside this minor item, all the rest was a very good experience: They met our request for a specific and well-itemized "price-car out of their doors" deal, vehicle was in impeccable condition as we arrived for pick-up and the "papering" was all done in two short 15-20 mins. sessions. Particularly noteworthy was Damion's decisiveness in getting us the very special exterior and interior colors/trips we wanted - and impressive was Ahmadou's and Cheerie's always prompt attention and almost immediate call-backs or E-mails. An extra special Thank You and Well Done belongs to Ahmado: all written specs so that we had the correct vehicle/accessories/features/price elements were delivered to us on a "same day" basis - his client service at pick-up was truly outstanding, particularly supporting the set-up of the vehicle software and configuring two sets of smart phones so that all bluetooth and Toyota Entune/Safety features were enabled on our first 100 yards out of their dealership lot.
