The place was very clean and workers were nice. There were no chairs cause there were so many customers and a worker offered me his chair (I had a 7 month old baby with me too) and he had to stand while were no chairs cause there were so many customers and a worker offered me his chair (I had a 7 month old baby with me too) and he had to stand while greeting people. Also an employee Carla Deluca-Irizarry saw that my daughter was getting restless and “pushed” my Tacoma to get the work done sooner, than later. I was there about an hour instead of the 1.5 - 2 hours as normal. I left well before people that were there before me. I was surprised by the generosity. Recommend this place. More

The entire experience was average compared to luxury car dealerships. Sales department was inconsistent in their initial price offer vs the final price paid on the day of sale.
