I went to Westchester Toyota with the intention of test driving a certified pre-owned Rav4 I viewed online. We were happily greeted outside by Suraju Murtala. Needless to say I was visibly disappointed to have driven 30+ miles in addition to my wife taking the day off from work. Realizing the discrepancy on their part and our frustration Suraju calmed me down and insisted they would make it right. After conferring with his management team and informing them of the situation, Suraju offered my wife and I a deal on a new Rav4 with virtually every same option at an unbeatable price. As it turned out driving out of our way up to Westchester Toyota was the best move we could have made and now we have a beautiful brand new Rav4 to show for it. So, Ricardo and the staff were able to order it and it was going to take about 2 months, so they were able to get it within 3 days. Finally, we got it and the Finance Manager Rey Laureno and Used Car Manager Jose Gonzales were an amazing help through out our shopping experience.
