I bought two vehicles from this dealership. My first vehicle was a 2013 Fj Cruiser and I had a different sales manager and it was a great expirience. On my second vehicle (2010 Honda Accord) I had a hor vehicle was a 2013 Fj Cruiser and I had a different sales manager and it was a great expirience. On my second vehicle (2010 Honda Accord) I had a horrible expirience with the sales manager David Grin. This sales manager tends to manipulate the interest charge and numbers on the sales contract. He presents the sales with two options, platinum with a lower interest and warranty, and the second basic and a higher interest rate and no warranty. This way he tricked me on my purchase. He advised me that in order to get a lower interest rate I must purchase the platinum option with warranty. So, he showed me some numbers and made me believe that those numbers were the one I was going to get. He stated that the warranty was for three years. He also stated that I was going to get free maintanence for two years and tire protection. So, after I checked the contract he charged me for everything I had mentioned. The warranty was for one year and/or 12K miles, the maintenance was just for one year. David Grin does not like the customers to go over the sales contract, neither like customers to look at the computer's monitor. Also, he is very rude and has a horrible attitude. He likes to rush customers, so customers don't have much time to check the contract. He mocked me with the numbers and when I received the bill I noticed the numbers he showed me at the time of purchase didn't match the one in the bill. He had charged me for everything he said he was going to and added stuff that i didn't ask for, but he will tell you that it is included inyour plan. He makes money with all the extras, as well with the interest rate. He rises the interest rate, so he can make more money. In addition, he does not like being questioned and/or ask questions about the sale. Because of David Grin I had lost the confidence and trust for the dealership, so idon't think I will buy from them again. But if you choose to visit that dealership becareful with that sales manager david Grin. More

Was warmly greeted as soon as I parked (fair warning: available space is tight and somewhat limited) and walked towards the store. Very much appreciated that Juan didn't go too much out of his way to sell me more than what I was looking for, and worked quickly to get paperwork done once I decided. The store was packed so the staff was pretty busy, however Juan always stopped by to let us know whats going on so we're not kept wondering where's the holdup. I can't remember the insurance guy, but that experience was pretty seamless as well. I had already priced a quote with my company a few days before so applying it to the new car was quick; within a minute after the call he was able to quote me something with Allstate but my existing policy was already much cheaper. The only thing I would change is that he get an actual office phone, as speaking to my insurance company over his cellphone on speakerphone just screams tacky/cheap. Fabio was also great, he was working way past his lunch hour due to the busier than normal day, but never hesitated to answer our questions on the various plans, itemizing and explaining ALL fees, differences between APR rates (he originally quoted 4.5% or so, but I qualified for 0.9% for the whole 60 month term if I decided not to take Toyota corporate's $500 rebate offer). In all I'd say it took about 4.5 - 5 hours from the time I parked my old car, took a test drive, traded in the old car, did all the paperwork, and drove out with a new car. If funds ever allow again I'd buy from here again so my wife can have her own car. Staff at this dealership are attentive, low stress, helpful and professional. More

When i walked into the dealership, i was not planning on purchasing a vehicle. I just planned on going into the dealership to just go in to the dealership to look at the latest vehicles. the moment i walked purchasing a vehicle.
