We went to Westchester Toyota because they had the largest number of cars. We needed to trade down to a commuter car and lower our payments, Juan Padila was very helpful, got along great with my wife largest number of cars. Well we drove out in a near mint base corolla, just the color Nora wanted and much lower miles than our trade in, only 11,000. Absolutely none of the usual car salesman shenanigans. He made a followup call two days later and invited us back for a tutorial on the navigation system in the car, when it became clear we were not catching on to it so quickly. I went into Westchester Toyota with the hope of getting a Camry in my price range. Mohammed was kind enough to take the time of walking me through the best fit of a Camry. I purchased a Toyota corolla from Westchester Toyota and the service and treatment were excellent. The moment I walked in I was greeted by Juan my salesperson I explained to Juan what I was looking for in a the service and treatment were excellent. Juan right away put me in the car that I needed that fit all my criteria. The paperwork process was rather efficient from the moment I got to the dealership to the moment I left it took 1 hour 30 minutes to complete the whole transaction. My experience at Westchester Toyota was a good experience especially due to the fact that I was pressured by Juan to buy a car instead I was guided throughout which is the opposite of what we expect when walking into a car dealership.
