I had a very nice experience at Westchester Toyota dealership. The salesman Mina Aziz, al always, was very friendly and professional. In fact, this is my 3rd car that I purchased from him. The first time I went to shop around, I went to 3 different dealerships but none of the salesmen were good enough to convince me to get a car. I was about give up, but I friend of mine told me about this dealership... I had the the privilege to find Mr. Aziz to assist me. I had a lot of doubts, but with Mr. Aziz professionalism, all those doubts went away, and he made me feel confident about my purchase. So after the deal was approved, I met Mr. Fablo Kola. He explained to me everything with such detail and professionalism that every time I wanted to see a new vehicle, I went to them. The three times I went to buy a car, I went directly to them because I was sure I was going to get the best assistance that there is. And I always recommend them to my family and friends. For me, Mr.Aziz is the best Salesman, and Mr.Kola is the HOTTEST finance manager! "With all respect" :) Best team ever. Keep up the good work, and I'll keep sending customers More

I arranged a visit to come in to Westchester Toyota to purchase a car advertised online. I even offered to make a deposit. I live far away and did not want to waste my time if it was not available. They purchase a car advertised online. I even offered to make a deposit. I live far away and did not want to waste my time if it was not available. They assured me that they would reach out if anything had changed and they do not take deposits over the phone. I called numerous times the day before to make sure things were a go. The day of driving up for the visit, while still in my car, I received a phone call from Westchester toyota. They asked if I was still coming in and when I replied yes and asked if the car was still available, they told me they sold it the night before. They gave me their word they would notify prior to the car being sold (since they do not take deposits). Not only did they lose a customer ready to spend their money but they solidified how shady they do business! I wouldn't recommend anyone to this dealership. You can find other good deals and more honest folks then Westchester Toyota. Due to their bad business practice they ruined an entire day I had planned and lined up to purchase a new car. More

I came in today to lease a vehicle I was very interested in a Toyota Camry . I was greeted by Yorcarys Cabrera she was very courteous and friendly. I told her how this was my first car and I was nervous and hesitant she explained everything to me step by step which she did very well every detailed was explained to me. She delivered excellent customer service and she made the process so simple as well as her manager Pedro Segura. I took my daughter shopping for a new compact suv over the weekend and I have to say that we received such great service and attention by Ricardo and Pedro that the decision to buy from them was a very ea the weekend and I have to say that we received such great service and attention by Ricardo and Pedro that the decision to buy from them was a very easy one. I had the worst experience ever. They cheated me. I went there for leasing a Toyota highlander and had agreed on a price and paid the first month payment. When I went to actually pick the car after all pape there for leasing a Toyota highlander and had agreed on a price and paid the first month payment. When I went to actually pick the car after all paperwork was done they asked me for $1000 more for some rebate that was not valid. Beware of this dealership. They will try to suck up every penny from you. The staff (Pedro Segura) was also very rude and wasted hours selling crapy add on insurances. More

It starts with an internet sales agent giving you a false quote. In my case it was Sherene L. When you visit the dealership, you are greeted by a sales agent who will very happily inform you that those price quote. In my case it was Sherene L. When you visit the dealership, you are greeted by a sales agent who will very happily inform you that those prices were wrong and that instead there is a $1,000 dealership fee as well. If you complain the sales agent Tristen G. will inform you very rudely that you are wasting his time. Whatever circumstance might warrant and you end up buying a car from them and then tell them later that you were not treated appropriately, someone from customer service (David L.) will call you to apologize and maybe refund you some of the money that you paid them. After that everyone will just go poof and will be rude to you if you try to call them again or ask about your refund. Why even bother dealing with these guys? I don’t know who is posting reviews for them here but they have a number of bad cases like mine on another website. Just Google it yourself. More
