I visited this dealership to lease Toyota Sienna a few days back after seeing a ad from their web site. I signed the lease contract at the same day since they gave me the same price that the ad offered(of days back after seeing a ad from their web site. I signed the lease contract at the same day since they gave me the same price that the ad offered(of cause negotiation was needed since my credit score didn't meet their requirement) . Overall services were excellent and the dealer was very kind and answered every questions that I had. I spent more then 5 hours (it was real too much but it was worth) to complete the deal including test driving, credit check, negotiation and sign off etc. More

William and Sean were excellent. They were willing to negotiate and ended up offering me a model for a price I otherwise would not be able to get anywhere else. At the very end of the transaction, the fi negotiate and ended up offering me a model for a price I otherwise would not be able to get anywhere else. At the very end of the transaction, the finance department decided to up the monthly payments an extra $25 above what we had negotiated with William and Sean. We decided that wasn't right to spring on us after we had already paid, told them the deal was off and were about to get our money refunded and walk out of the dealership. Before we could leave we explained what happened to William and Sean and they both went to bat for us by speaking to management and getting them to restore the originally agreed upon deal. I really appreciate the effort they put into the process and the way they looked out for us when the finance department tried to screw us. Everything else gets a 5, but the overall experience due to the finance debacle gets a 4. More
