Westchester Toyota is great! Robert Kundit my salesperson was honest, interesting and helpful. He sold me the Highlander for the price I was willing to pay. Robert even came to my house when some paperwork needed to be swamped from the my possession to the dealerships. While at my house he wanted to try to install the Roof Rails that I would normally have had to made an appointment with the service center. My children are 16 yrs old, 17 months, and 6 weeks old and Perdo has kids and he could relate to us and our concern especially when it come to family travel. All salemen should take a page out of Pedro Segura book no matter weither you get the sale or not a customer will always remember how you treated them and made them feel. I had an appointment on a Tuesday to go to Westchester Toyota which was recommended to me by the Costco auto program. I missed the appointment due to a flat tire on my husband's car. Westchester Toyota's Toyota which was recommended to me by the Costco auto program. I missed the appointment due to a flat tire on my husband's car. Westchester Toyota's manager, Anson Castillo went beyond his job description that night. Not only did he help my husband change the tire, he didn't leave until they were done; now that's customer service! After that night, I felt that Westchester Toyota was the right place for us. I went back two days later and was taken care of by Tatiana Leiva. She was very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and made my husband and I feel very comfortable. Tatiana made sure that all our needs were met. Sean Berry (her manager) and Joe Kundrat (finance manager) were also very helpful and knowledgeable.
