First-Time buyer I was always reluctant about working with car salesmen, typically being very reluctant from the history of what my parents dealt with (lemon) and havi I was always reluctant about working with car salesmen, typically being very reluctant from the history of what my parents dealt with (lemon) and having shopped alone as a female. I had never owned a car before and had done some research of vehicle within my price range. I am a member of the military and decided to go through the USAA website to find a car. USAA has been a reliable source and, including the car purchase, has not let me down on the quality of people, service and product they work with. Initially, I went to a Chrysler dealer down the road from Toyota and tried to look at a car I saw online. I travelled from Brooklyn to Yonkers by train and walked over a mile to this site only to find out that it was sold weeks before and they only kept it listed because "it wasn't driven off the lot yet". And I had already emailed them that I was interested in the car AND the salesman called me "doll." Frustrated, sweating, and tired, I walked another mile to the Toyota dealer. As soon as I walked in they offered to help me. Emilio told me he was a veteran and I found that somewhat of a relief knowing the honor system we work under. Yet, I was still skeptical and was fearful that I would be pushed into purchasing the first and only car I actually looked at. The entire time Emilio gave me great information about the vehicle, was very considerate of my reluctant behavior, not pressuring me, and made an effort to get to know me ( a typically quiet person) and what I was really looking for. He helped me look at details of the car that I couldn't explain and informed me that he was a trained mechanic in the military which was of great assistance in helping me look at all the correct details. I read a lot about cars but, needed help actually working with one and figuring out the parts. His assistance was offered unbiased of me being a female and first-time buyer. I truly felt like a valued customer. It was great seeing other shoppers around enjoying their shopping experience as I did. I was offered food while waiting for the paperwork to be completed. The insurance agent and purchasing agent we very nice and made the entire process run smooth. They were very considerate of my decision with funding and insurance and helped me get my registration, insurance, and solid plates THAT DAY!! They offered me great deals on the extended warranty. The only negative I have is that I waited a long time for my paperwork to begin to get filled out. About an hour. Emilio kept checking on me to make sure the paperwork was getting done and helped me finish it in time to leave for a baseball game. Also, I was introduced to the supervisor at one point, who seemed like a nice person but, was telling me how the funding might not work the way my bank told me it would and I hadn't even made my decision to buy the car at that point. That was the one time I felt pressured and somewhat let down. But, everything worked out and the car runs great! My first drive was through a rain storm in NYC and it was a very smooth ride. I am very happy with the maintenance of my car and the quality I received for the price I paid. Can't wait to return to this dealer to buy a new car!! More

I love my new car! :D Damion was excellent. He was very friendly, highly knowledgeable and well organized. During one of our appointments with him Mah and I got there about Damion was excellent. He was very friendly, highly knowledgeable and well organized. During one of our appointments with him Mah and I got there about 30 minutes early. Damion had other responsibilities and customers at the time yet still helped us out. There was no point where we felt abandoned or neglected. That is how amazingly organized and reliable Damion is. Whenever I had a question he would explain it in a way anyone could understand. He was very considerate and patient plus we had a couple of laughs too. He helped me figure out exact which car I wanted and at a good price too. Compared to the sale person who sold me my first car buying this new car with Damion was a real treat. Like night and day in comparison. I highly recommend him. Nelson was great too. The financing and signing papers can seem rather tedious at times but he made the experience enjoyable all the same. He helped me get exactly what I needed based on my driving habits at a really good price to boot. No complaints here either. Thanks everyone! ^__^ More

Good Customer Experience I just recently purchase a new vehicle here and I have to say it was a Good overall experience due to the fact that from day 1 I was greeted very well I just recently purchase a new vehicle here and I have to say it was a Good overall experience due to the fact that from day 1 I was greeted very well and was showed a sense of urgency to fulfill my needs. I can say Sales Associate - Yorcarys was really attentive and made sure I felt comfortable with my buying decisions. One con I would say is the extensive amount of time it took me to finally get my car. From Insurance to the Financials process - it was very time consuming and a lot of waiting, especially for when ready to pick up vehicle. ( 5hours) . Nonetheless I appreciate everyone's help and would recommend this dealer to anyone who is looking to purchase in Yonkers NY. More
