In spite of that, she was persistent in helping me to get what i wanted and not what she or someone else wanted for me. Ultimately, the vehicle I wanted was located and successfully delivered at a fair price and a good trade in offer. Following the sale, she followed up personally to ensure my satisfaction with the vehicle and with the process. I responded to an owner's follow up email that in my opinion, with some appropriate mentoring, Yocarys could easily move to management within the organization. More

Mr. David Lee made my day so much easier. He greeted me personally, listened to my concerns, and even after assigning me to his associate, Yorcarys Cabrera, was involved every step of the way in my experience. They were both very professional, courteous, and respectful, addressing all my concerns. I never felt pressured and was totally as ease making my final decision to purchase a Sienna van. Yorcarys accompanied me on my road test and later followed me to my home to return the car I drove there. Within no time at all I was passed onto David Grin who simplified the paperwork and made the final step of my purchase a pleasure.
