Jorge would give his insights on what would be good for us. For example, the way the new cars worked compared to older models as well as showing us the differences classes within models for whether it was basic, xle, or limited. Jorge Ortiz had a personally touch, told us about his experiences with the vehicles. The information that gave helped us very much to choice a Rav 4. Once we where able to choice the car we wanted we met Felix he was great helped us out and explore our options based on our budget. Felix offered us water or coffee. He explained the differences in buying or leasing he has a good sense of humor very friendly. Once the decision was finally made we had to deal with financing. The finance person was Fabio. Usually financing anything can be stressful but Fabio made it stress and care free as possible. He was also a very friendly and personally guy sharing stories of his family and life while we waited, it was refreshing. He was able to finance the Rav 4 within our budget. Together these guys were great and they do a good job explaining everything so you what your options are even three to four years down the line. This dealership is a fine establishment because they have good people working for them all fives in my families book. More
