We selected a car that we liked and left a deposit for the car and filled out the loan paper work and we were advised that the dealership will contact us once the loan is approved during the weekday. The loan was approved and when we went there to finalize the car, after waiting for ONE hour, they finally told us that the car we selected was sold already inspire of giving the deposit for that car. They tried to sold a car with more mileage, in bad condition and higher price and then saying they will give us 1000$ discount as good will. The manager was trying to be super slick, these ppl have no values, no customer loyalty..we felt so cheated in this entire process and will never ever recommended this place to anyone. Be careful with your deposit money....we are still waiting for it. More
Deceptive Pressure Sales Claudio is most likely the best example of ehat we all fear in a car sales man, deceptive, double speaking and never a direct response. Sold my mother Claudio is most likely the best example of ehat we all fear in a car sales man, deceptive, double speaking and never a direct response. Sold my mother in law a car with every extra warranty imaginable without ever asking her if she wanted it. Was completely dishonest about the specifications of the vehicle. The window label from the car in her paperwork had a different VIN# than the vehicle itself! The management team took 7 weeks to fix this problem and it ended up costing my family an extra $4k. Definitely would stay away from this salesman, he is only out looking for his own best interest and lining his pocket with your money. More
Warranty Issues, poor customer service I went to the Toyota dealership in Westchester this evening to follow up on a Tire and Wheel 2 yrs and Paint/Fabric 3yrs warranty agreements I purchas I went to the Toyota dealership in Westchester this evening to follow up on a Tire and Wheel 2 yrs and Paint/Fabric 3yrs warranty agreements I purchased for my 2012 Toyota Rav4. I did not receive any paperwork for these agreements upon purchasing the car. We also purchased 3 years of Auto Care for which we were told we would receive in the mail. We received the Auto Care agreement in the mail- as we were informed- and then waited diligently to receive our agreements for the Tire and Wheel and Paint/ Fabric warranty. The reason for following up on these warranties was because, today, I took my car for an oil change at the service department and was informed that my back right tire had a nail in it. I told the representative that my car was covered and was informed that the warranty did not cover punctured tires, only tire replacement for excessive damage. Surprised by this news, dismayed that I did not have paperwork for the warranties I paid for; my wife and I went to the dealership for some answers. Dennis Clarke greeted us. He listened to our situation and informed us that we should have received a copy of both warranties in our package. I informed him that we never received this paperwork and it was the reason for our visit. What proceeded was a series of condescending responses that were unbecoming of a Senior finance manager. He went on to say that if he where the customer he would have made sure he got a copy of the papers. After he scolded us for not insisting on getting the warranty upon purchasing the car; when did it become good practice to blame the customer for not knowing?!? He was helpful in providing us a copy of the warranties; doing so again, condescending we noticed the warranties were never signed. Suspicious, No? Dennis replied "that is because it is a package deal and signing the bill of sale was signing both contracts. They are part of a package". On the bottom of both, the Tire and Wheel and Paint/Fabric warranty, contract states that the costumer must sign in agreement of all stipulations. We found this and many other explanations to be purposefully confusing. We inquired about another situation that involved Autocare but realized that our attempt to get answers were in vain as Mr. Clarke advised us to return and speak directly with Mr. Joe Kundrat. Mr. Clarke and I had been debating the 1-year complimentary service when Mr. Arson Castillo disrespectfully joined the conversation. He began to offer us a free tire stating, “Dennis, just give them a new tire, I’ll approve it” I was shocked, my wife was irate, we asked Mr. Castillo to leave. Mr. Castillo continued to engage us inappropriately. We felt disrespected and after asking Mr. Castillo to remove himself from the conversation over 4 times we gathered our things and left. We will be returning to discuss this further. Please check back for an update. More

Great experience, so accommodating to my needs I was in a rush to get a car within my budget and time frame. I was nervous when I first walked into the dealership, but walked out so happy. Charles I was in a rush to get a car within my budget and time frame. I was nervous when I first walked into the dealership, but walked out so happy. Charles carmona was one of the most genuine car dealers I have ever worked with, and he made sure I was kept informed throughout the entire process of my car purchase. Any questions I asked, he answered straight away and even sent me pictures of my car when it was fully serviced ready to pick up. Assisting me every day until I went away with my car Charles made the process so much less stressful. With help of felix ceballos, I was able to stick to my budget and I am so so happy with my new car :) I strongly recommend people to buy from westchester Toyota. More

Damaged My Car and Refuse To Make It Right UPDATE: As of Jan 15 2015 this matter has been resolved to my satisfaction. However I am still leaving the rating at 1 star based on the fact that th UPDATE: As of Jan 15 2015 this matter has been resolved to my satisfaction. However I am still leaving the rating at 1 star based on the fact that this incident should have never happened in the first place and the amount of time it took to resolve it. The only reason I am giving them one star is because DealerRater does not allow you to give ZERO, which is what they deserve. On Oct. 16, 2014 I brought my 2014 Toyota Yaris to Westchester Toyota for its 5,000 mile service. After the service was completed and my car was returned to me I discovered that "Westchester Toyota" license plate frames had been installed on my car without my permission. I was never consulted if I desired to have the frames installed, it was simply done without asking. I returned to my Service Consultant, Sophia Suarez, asked to have the frames removed and asked to speak to the Service Manager (Frantz Casimir). She returned to me and said the he would be out shortly, however he never appeared. A staff member did come and take the car back to the shop and removed the frames. Unfortunately my vehicle's bumper was damaged and mounting hardware for the license plates was lost and damaged as a result of the several times the plates were removed and reinstalled. Prior to the unauthorized actions of Westchester Toyota the license plates were installed sandwiched between two 1/4" nylon washers per hole and attached using M6-1.00X16 stainless steel button head internal hex drive cap screws. My car was returned to me with several nylon washers missing and with damage to the internal hex drive of the cap screws. I am a diesel mechanic with over 30 years experience in the marine industry. In my professional opinion this damage was most likely caused by the use of an improper sized drive bit used in a cordless drill with too high a torque setting while removing / installing the screws. MOST SIGNIFICANTLY one of the mounting holes for the front license plate was also stripped during this process. Again this is indicative of the use of a power driver with a high torque setting and is a perfect example of why power tools should never be used on plastic. I repaired these items myself. The stripped hole in the front bumper was filled with plastic epoxy, drilled and tapped. New mounting screws and washers were purchased and the license plates were reinstalled in the original manner. All of this was done on my time and with my money. I then sent Westchester Toyota an itemized bill for my time and materials. I received a nonsensical email from a Istrha Santana in response claiming that their blatant attempt at free advertising was actually an honest mistake because the "Westchester Toyota Service Department frequently receives customer request to install the license frame as we are the #1 dealer in the district regarding customer satisfaction". They also stated "As far as your request for reimbursement if you would be so kind to produce an invoice itemizing the parts and labor even though Westchester Toyota never authorized the work, but for good P.R. we will take it in to consideration regarding your next service". I once again emailed Ms. Santana, again providing the invoice which I had already provided, and explained that the offer to "take it in to consideration regarding your next service" was unacceptable as my next 3 services are already covered for free under Toyota Care. I did not receive a response. There has been no communication from Westchester Toyota since. So in short they installed their license frames without my permission. They damaged my front bumper and lost and damaged my mounting hardware while doing this. When confronted with these facts the Service Manager hid in his office and would not come out to speak with me. I repaired the damages caused by them and am seeking restitution. After contacting them I received an email that did not address the issues I raised. They have not responded to further emails. AVOID WESTCHESTER TOYOTA, they are dishonorable people. More
