Reviews read about personnel prior to purchasing my Rav4 are true. Amadou and Kurt were very helpful in answering our inquiries and Joe made the financing details comprehensible. Overall, our experience with Westchester Toyota is worth recommending to friends and family. The downside is, I should have picked up the car during the day since you cannot fully check for scratches. It has a small scratch on the passenger side and I will see if the additional Toyota care plan I purchased will take care of it. When driving, there is a slight squeaking sound that comes and goes from the center dashboard (where the monitor) is located. I hope it will go away. And if it doesn't, I hope they will be able to fix it. I guess another review awaits for that experience... More
