Dishonest and unprofessional I had a terrible experience with this dealership. I went in to look at a tacoma it took about 25 minutes before they would even show me the vehicle. I had a terrible experience with this dealership. I went in to look at a tacoma it took about 25 minutes before they would even show me the vehicle. The price of the vehicle was listed as 22,000 online during the time waiting we discussed what my current car payments were for my rav4 and how I needed to stay in that range (I payed the same thing for the rav4 so i didn't see any issues) The test drive went fine, although the salesmen did not know much about the vehicle. Once we got back inside he asked for the keys to my rav4 to judge its trade in value, he then proceeded to hand my keys off to another salesmen who was take a family to see my personal car i already owned. Once that was settled we sat down to discuss moving forward. He ran my credit, and when I asked what my credit score was, I was told "usable". We went back and forth asking higher or lower and he refused to give me a number. He then went right to putting a deposit on the vehicle before we discussed the price. The whole time he was texting he told me he was texting his finance manager about my credit, which i am personally very uncomfortable with. I wanted to discuss the price of the vehicle and he refused. He finally brought his finance manager over. Who once again would not give me any details when we finally got to talk about a monthly payment he said $620 a month which would have been nearly 25% interest. Obviously My mind was a little blown I thought maybe we were talking about different cars or they showed me the wrong vehicle. I pulled up the vehicle I wanted to look at and they told me thats just an online price this vehicle is more around 26k or 27k. If that was the case we would still be at nearly 15% interest. I originally told them i cannot spend more then $400 a month. When I called them out as being wildly out of line they say well what if we could do mid 400 so they went down nearly 12 grand in about 10 minutes? I told them I was ready to leave due to the weather becoming very bad (snowing). Constantine told me he needed to get his manager to say goodbye to me. he left for about 10 minutes when I got up to leave the "manager" said well what if i can give you close to what you owe on your rav4. I asked for an approximate number and he said he has no idea. So once again he lied to me. It finally came time to leave after aggressively getting outside I started to drive away to find somebody had put two cones behind my car. This all happened on Saturday. On monday I got an email from Violeta ( who was the only decent person i spoke to) and constantine. I explained to both of them my feelings about my experience. I never received a a response from Constantine. I did received a response from Violeta who asked my permission to escalate this to upper management she then sent them an email to Anson in which i was copied. Anson was supposed to call me after work at 6:30PM. I never received a call. I would not recommend this dealer to anybody who wants to buy a car for a reasonable price in a timely fashion. I have bought several cars before so I know the dynamics of a dealership and this was by far my worst experience yet. More
