They do fals advertisement on the Internet ( put the cars on Internet with a reasonable price, and when you call the to ask any question they will tell you " come to the dealership we don't discus anything over the phone" when you go there they will say" that car has been sold". I went there from Queens and I paid $15 toll and when I got there and asked about the car they posted on the Internet the sales parson said its sold. I like a different car and I give the sales person an offer he said let me ak my manager, he came back and said ok deal and he gave me the car vin# and told me to get insurance. I called geico and and get the insurance and wen I was counting the money the sales person said my manager doesn't give it at this price. When I went to the manager he was asking me stupid questions. Finally I left the place arguing with them. More

Exceptional Experience Again! I purchased my first RAV4 (used) approximately 4 years ago and Juan P was my sales person. At my mom's insistence, I wanted to see if I would be appro I purchased my first RAV4 (used) approximately 4 years ago and Juan P was my sales person. At my mom's insistence, I wanted to see if I would be approved to purchase a 2015 RAV4, I did my research online first at the Westchester Toyota/Scion website and gave Juan a call. True to his word, Juan worked very hard to make sure that the deal was approved. Both Juan and Joe K. were not only VERY professional, knowledgeable & very patient, they provided me with A+++ Sales, Finance & Customer Service. I asked a lot of questions and received responses to each and every one of them; if I still wasn't certain, I kept asking and so did my mom. I would recommend Juan and Westchester Toyota/Scion to all of my friends and anyone who wants to purchase a Toyota (especially a RAV4) and would prefer dealing with A+++ service.
