When I called to schedule a test drive and mentioned that I'd be coming from the Metro North Train Station they offered to come pick me up, saving an aggravating taxi ride. Robert listened to what I wanted and showed me several pre-owned models of the RAV-4. In the end, I decided to go with a new 2015 model. The process took several (almost 8) hours but in the end it was worth the wait to drive home my brand new car. More

Worst experience ever- avoid at all costs We were treated terribly. Spent 3 hours discussing the best option for us yesterday and we're given a quote for a lease that we were happy with and s We were treated terribly. We had an appointment today to pick up the car at 2pm. We ended up waiting an hour and then told that our lease price was $80 extra per month than quoted yesterday! The staff member we were dealing with then started to mock us. We ended up walking out and going to the Honda dealership across the road. They were much more professional and got a much better deal for a nicer car! Apparently this happens a lot there. Read the Yelp reviews - 90% of the reviewers give it one star and quite frankly, that's being generous. More
