I was received warmly by my greeter, Mr J. Hernandez. He took great pains to explain every procedure from the selection to final purchase. Warning: Do not purchase a vehicle, or have any service done there. hey sell your contact info, and you'll be spammed forever! I have purchased 2 vehicles from them, most recently in 2019. Since then no contact, but in March 2022, I started getting daily unsolicited advertising about sales, trade-in invitations, etc. Then the number increased, and when I clicked unsubscribe, it actually subscribed me to at least a dozen other "services (shoes, electronics, vacations, etc) not Toyota-related, but from the same "service provider. Now I get over a dozen spams per day. I have called them multiple times. Neither the general manager nor sales manager nor customer relations person will actually speak no the phone. They admit that they sell your information without permission, and blame you for not opting out (before they sent emails!). Further, they state that they have no control over the actions of the spammers to whom they sold your information. I have contacted Toyota Regional, and the best they can do is put you on a do not spam list (for the future) - they won't do anything (even apologize) about the scamming. And their spam "service alters some digits in the sender "address" to get around your spam filter. I have used this email for my medical practice, but I will have to inactivate it and open a new account because of these people. So, unless you enjoy deleting a dozen or more spam messages that get through your filter every day, avoid these guyse like the plague. Isn't it amazing how many ways a dealership can earn 1 star!
