Our salesperson worked hard to get us the exact car we wanted and at the price we wanted, and his manner was always friendly and professional. Our finance person finished the deal smoothly and in the same friendly, professional way. Both explained our options, and neither was every pushy or "hard-sell" like one might expect at a car dealership. Overall, the dealership environment was welcoming and friendly, with offers of coffee and cookies, and with easily accessible bathrooms. An added note: We were hoping to get our new vehicle in time to make a long road trip and the timeline was very tight. Our salesperson was gracious about our frequent calls for updates and seemed as excited as we were when the car arrived the day before we were planning to leave. Since then, he has called to ask us how things are going with our new vehicle. We love our new car! More
