Toyota should be ashamed of this dealership. It is giving the brand a bad name. It was suppose to be Certified but they had not prepared the vehicle for Certification and the negotiations was completely next to zero. Customer service is extremely poor and next to no follow up from the dealership on tags & registration. Avoid the headache and buy from somewhere else. Not worth the time. More
The manager offered to sell me a car for MSRP only if I came in person to make the deposit - despite the fact that they take deposits over the phone regularly - because he knows I live in Connecticut and i came in person to make the deposit - despite the fact that they take deposits over the phone regularly - because he knows I live in Connecticut and it would be a hardship for me to get out there just to make the deposit, and then again when the car arrives two weeks later. This is a really sleazy negotiating tactic. Despite that, I offered to make the drive that same day if they could hold the vehicle for me for two hours - so that I wouldn't waste gas money heading out there only for someone else to buy it before I arrive. They wouldn't accommodate me in any way. They wouldn't even accept half the deposit over the phone and the other half when I arrived - again all despite the fact that they take deposits over the phone regularly. They were simply hoping I would pay the $1,000.00 markup price for the convenience of not having to go out there twice. Just really lame, and not the way a good business should treat customers. More
I was in the process of purchasing a vehicle from another dealer, when I received a message from Willy (Internet Sales). I figured it wouldn't hurt to explore my options, so I called him back, and he was won dealer, when I received a message from Willy (Internet Sales). Willy was very knowledgeable, personable, and very willing to answer any question I had, no matter how tough. That conversation convinced me to make the trip. After I arrived, I was greeted with a huge, friendly smile by Kenny (Sales Rep), who I immediately felt comfortable to work with. Kenny was very professional, patient, knowledgeable yet honest about what he did not know, straightforward and caring. He was also willing to answer any questions or concerns I had, as well as going above and beyond to ensure that I knew how to operate the vehicle. He is one of the kindest, most welcoming Sales Rep I have ever met. In short, he felt like family and it was a great experience to work with him. He is a vital asset to this dealership! More
I was helped in buying my new Corolla by Johnny Hernandez. He was great! He was so helpful and went out of his way to show me how all the systems worked and to answer all my questions. Worst service ever. Almost three full months after buying my new RAV Prime, I am still waiting for my second set of keys and my $1000 tax refund. They completely messed up my financing by not taking the refund out of the purchase price and now I am paying interest on $1000 I still don't have. They also messed up smaller things, like not filling out lesser important paperwork and not attaching plugs to the bottom of the car to prevent rust. This is my third Toyota and I have never had these kinds of problems anywhere else. Go to any other Toyota dealer. Stay away from these clowns! More

I went down to that place for me to get idea of a Camry LE Hybrid, and I ended buying a highlander XSE. He made it possible for me, even when I only have a year in this country, and be honest, I cant be more happy to get that decision. His patience and dedication for me to decide were very good and because of that, all my family now wants to meet Mr Johnny Hernandez and buy car from him. More
