When the floor mats that he had promised were in the trunk turned out not to be there, he proved himself a man of his word by going to exceptional lengths to supply them, several days after I'd completed the purchase. Westchester Toyota might improve their internal communications; days after I bought the car , I was still receiving emails asking if I'd made a decision. But with Gabriel Quero as my rep, I was able to forget such minor glitches and my overall experience was a good one. More
