Best Sales Associate I have ever encountered. I had an appointment at 10:30 am this morning to discuss my options on purchasing or leasing a 2016 4 Runner. To be honest before i arrived at the de I had an appointment at 10:30 am this morning to discuss my options on purchasing or leasing a 2016 4 Runner. To be honest before i arrived at the dealer ship I did not know what to expect. I was just going with the idea that I was going to be pressured into something i didn't like or something that would make me upset and walk out the door. But that was FAR from what I experienced. Mr. Robert Rios was extremely Patient, knowledgeable to the questions i was asking and his demeanor was very pleasant and made me feel comfortable. As I left the dealer ship I realized that i had left an important work pass in my old 2002 4runner . I went back to the dealership to get my parking pass but the car was sent off to the service department. When i contacted and told Robert what i had left behind he voluntarily went out of his way to get my pass from the car at the service center and bring it to my place of residence.
