i bought a used gmc terrain that went through a inspection. A week after driving the car has to bring it back because of the oil was never changed. Seven months later bring it back cause a noise th inspection. A week after driving the car has to bring it back because of the oil was never changed. Was given a loaner car for a week get a call back because they want me to return the loaner and pick my truck of and drive it til september until the can get the parts for a new transmission. On Saturday, July 9, 2022 imgo into the dealership to try and get another car cause of the transmission issue. No help they want me to get another car with a higher car note and i had already traded my mercedes benz in (2011) to get this car. I need help, this is ridiculous More

Once again, I want to poke fun at their service department... It's really too bad. At that time, I did three services to change the tire. I don't care about the tires, but I still do the four-wheel department... It's really too bad. At that time, I did three services to change the tire. I don't care about the tires, but I still do the four-wheel positioning service. They didn't give me the Angle report for the positioning adjustment. My steering wheel still feels a little wobbly sometimes... I doubt even Ben did it for me. When I changed the oil for the last time, it was 50000 MPH, and I changed the oil for 51000. However, the system in the car was not set after the change. Now I need to spend money to solve the latter two problems again. Service departments do not have quality assurance.. More
