About 3 months ago I purchased a new battery from autozone for my 2017 Highlander. About a week ago my car shut off on me. I was advised my my mechanic to take the car into Toyota because the auto s autozone for my 2017 Highlander. About a week ago my car shut off on me. I was advised my my mechanic to take the car into Toyota because the auto start/stop malfunction alert came on as well as the esp light. I took it on Monday thry told me it's because I didn't put a tru start battery in. Keep in mind it's the same exact battery I purchased from autozone just a different sticker cause we all know Toyota doesn't make batteries. So I purchase a Toyota battery and I chose to install myself. I took the battery to a mechanic to install I watched him install it with my own eyes. I watched him tighten the battery. The car kept saying battery charging. The auto stop and start never came back on by Wednesday same error comes up. I take it back to dealership the touch my remote start not the auto stop and start I brought in for. They tell me it's a loose battery cable. I know for a fact the cable was not loose. But this is the reason they keep giving me. One of the mechanics in the shop verified that the battery auto zone sells is the same one Toyota sells and the issue happened with both. I am over this dealership and there careless work and poor customer service skills im truly unsatisfied and will find another dealership to take my car to. I contacted Toyota headquarters and will continue to do so. The crazy part is one your own employees tald me your mechanics don't know what they're doing.. and she was right More

I had a very pleasant experience while I went for 5000 miles service from this dealership on 07/26.2022. I didn’t purchase the vehicle from them. Since they were near to me I choose to go here.
