After many unresolved service issue after a recall I had contacted the Toyota engagement center which was working for months to resolve the issue that the service department did fix a one point but the fix contacted the Toyota engagement center which was working for months to resolve the issue that the service department did fix a one point but the fix was very short lived. I went to see the general manager Randy who was truly concerned about the issue with his service department. My issue was with the mechanics by adviser Al tried his very best to get to the bottom of the issue but to no avail and he was very pleasant and helpful but once past him all went downhill. So after I left service I went to see the dealership General manager Randy who set me up with Carlos Fumana. Between the both of the they went above expectations to resolve my issue by putting me in a newer 2022 from 2019 rav4. I would recommend working with Carlos from sales and Al as a service advisor. More
Took about 75 minutes to get oil changed on my Camry. Waiting is clean and offered bagels, coffee, tea. Been going there for close to 7 tears and they seem to do a good job. However, I have noticed that after checking the engine dipstick several times the level appeared low. Usually maybe a quarter of a quart. This time the level is about 3/4 to 1 inch below the top dimple on the dipstick. I’m guessing it’s close to a half of a quart low. Not really a big deal - I add my own but still. More

My 2017 Corolla had check engine light on and I brought in to be diagnosed. My service adviser was Chris Walls. Chris called and said the repair would cost 545.00 plus parts. I was then e-mailed a bill for in to be diagnosed. My service adviser was Chris Walls. Chris called and said the repair would cost 545.00 plus parts. I was then e-mailed a bill for 2513.26 to repair. I told Chris i couldn't meet that price and I was e-mailed and texted bill of 179.23 for diagnosis of the problem. When i picked up car the cost had changed to 434.49 I wanted an explanation of this change so I waited for an hour to speak to Chris who was nowhere to be found and no manager was present. Then I was told I can't have the keys or car until I pay the bill in full. Looking to resolve the issue I I spoke to service manager, Rich Heins the next morning. He stated that time to dispute bill was when you pick up car. But he said that bill need not seem right. He promised to call me tomorrow after he talked to Chris. After 9 days still no return call. I called corporation. Rich Heins finally called and stated that the bill for 179.23 was a prebill. The bill for 434.49 was right- case closed. I PAID 434.49 WITH ABSOLUTELY NO REPAIRS DONE ON THE CAR.Please don't ask me to call to speak about matter .Unable to be put through to you.Contact me if you would like to speak about this matter More
