I always felt comfortable with his recommendations and left the dealership knowing that I was well taken care of . He is always professional and friendly, and listens to your concerns. The lounge is comfortable although I prefer to use the time to shop at Century 21 around the corner! I received a call that my car was ready within the time period specified.
