Brought the car in because the tire pressure kept getting li I was helped by a Nice young man by the name of Daniel Solis . He kept me up to date on what was happening with the tire, offered to get me coffee/tea I was helped by a Nice young man by the name of Daniel Solis . And when everything was taken care of he took the time to go over everything and make sure I was satisfied. The service center itself was immaculate, clean and airy and the lounge area as well. He is very professional, courteous, and patient when working with clients. We are greeted with "good morning, how are you". It's a nice feeling being greeted this way. Jamie definitely knows his products and has expertise in recommending what service is required. It seems as though he has esp as we drive in and is there to greet us upon entering the service dept. No questions go unanswered. He takes the time to explain everything that was completed on the car before we leave. He has the patience of a saint!. We are extremely comfortable working with Jamie and know he is looking out for benefit to keep the cars in tip top shape. Westbury Toyota is very fortunate to have Jamie Nussbaum in their employ. He is a 10 out of 10. Would recommend anyone to ask for Jamie when service is requested, and definitely will be returning to have Jamie take care of us. More
