SERVICE VISIT Amanda Dilauro was very helping to resolve my problems as was Rob ( rental area) however the work needed on my vehicle from the body shop was less th Amanda Dilauro was very helping to resolve my problems as was Rob ( rental area) however the work needed on my vehicle from the body shop was less than satisfactory. I feel they could have done a better job on the door handle . The vehicle was tied up for total of 4 days to get this done, After the first return I was told that they buffed and took care of the problems on the drivers side door ( There was never any probkems with the door! and was retuned for the proper problem- Therefore I have concluded that this facility being used by your dealership is unreliable in their crediability and truthfulness, Although both Amanda and Rob were very understanding of my position and provided a rental during this time it created a great amount of stress . I have been a client onf this dealership since 1998 and was very disappointed ont he way this body shop handling of this visit!!! More

Excellent Job at Westbury Toyota Service - Whitney Mangano I was extremely satisfied the way I was treated by Whitney when I brought my 2007 Toyota Camry for NYS Inspection. Whitney reminded me of a major r I was extremely satisfied the way I was treated by Whitney when I brought my 2007 Toyota Camry for NYS Inspection. Whitney reminded me of a major repair issue I declined months before , in which I decided to have it fixed. She took car of the logistics including contacting my extended warranty company and provided me with a loaner car. The repair was completed and my camry was delivered as promised. Go Whitney !! More

I needed a new rear windshield because it was causing static on my FM radio. Toyota knew about this problem. When I brought my car in, Jonathan Munoz took care of me. When he told me that the windshield had to be ordered, he immediately set me up with a loaner car. It took an extra day than it should have, but Jonathan kept calling me to keep me up to date on what was happening. His professional and caring service was 5 star. More

It is a pleasure to bring my car in and leave it there knowing that if there are any unforeseen issues I will get a call before anything is done. That is respect. I am also VERY impressed that my car's needs are not a bother to this service center.Many places make you feel like they are doing YOU a favor by fixing your car. When Toyota offers a SERVICE center that is exactly what you get! I chose to leave my car and go to work on the day of my check up. No problem with them at all. In fact Amanda D assured me that I could wait if i wanted to and I would not be late for work. I am not used to that kind of pampering.I have never looked forward to going to any service center before because of the hassle. TOYOTA IS HASSLE FREE, in my opinion. Thank you to Amanda and her team in that service center. Next time I will stick around and try the snacks! More
