This review is based upon two interactions with the Parts counter and the lack of respect at Westbury Toyota. I was going to write a negative review about my experience a couple of months but gave the benef counter and the lack of respect at Westbury Toyota. I was going to write a negative review about my experience a couple of months but gave the benefit of the doubt because everyone is entitled to a bad day. If it happened a second time then I would post a review, this is that review. I’m specifically calling out Paul Kandel, the guy that sits behind the computer at the parts counter. You were rude, obnoxious and disrespectful! Is it because I was a woman asking about a specific part that you were brushing me off? Why did you ask me my VIN # three times and be condescending about it? I gave you the OEM Toyota part number and that should have been more than enough. I can tell other customers who were waiting for service heard you and the way you spoke to me because they were shaking their heads. Unfortunately, I could not wait and order the part online and this Toyota dealership is the closest one to my house. This will be last time I go to this dealership for any Toyota part and will tell everyone who I know to spread the work about you. Maybe the upper management and the general manager need to know how you treat female customers? Paul Kandel shame on your for treating me disrespectfully. More

Michael Garcia the service advisor is an absolute gentleman and was extremely pleasant to deal with. This was my first visit to Westbury Toyota absolutely exceptional experience. I was greeted warmly gentleman and was extremely pleasant to deal with. This was my first visit to Westbury Toyota absolutely exceptional experience. I was greeted warmly and Michael did everything in his power to get me out within an hour with a smile. Great service advisor! Great service department everyone who passed by me smiled and asked if I needed anything while I was waiting. 55 minutes later my car was ready and expertly serviced. More

Recent experience - almost 3 weeks ago Absolutely unprofessional. I came in for getting the car checked for the car seat motion. After the inspection, I was assured by both Valentina as well as Tony unprofessional. I came in for getting the car checked for the car seat motion. After the inspection, I was assured by both Valentina as well as Tony Vicente (manager) that will come back to me after speaking to warranty department. After almost 6 follows up, leaving numerous voice mails and numerous messages via the front desk, till date Valentina or Tony called back. The repeat set of such experiences really put a big question mark on Westbury Toyota service department, probably why there is a constant change of the service manager at the location. This time around they just blew it. It is simply embarrassing that the crew shamelessly ignore the calls. Previous experience - almost 6-7 months Absolutely a bad experience. First of all, the maintenance was done. However upon picking up the car, the maintenance sign came up. The sign was not reset. Took someone to come out to reset, and said it is so normal and technicians miss it time to time. Then reaching home, it came back on again, and I called the service again and asked to get a call back. Even asked to have supervisor call. Was told she was on a call and will call back as soon as call is over.No response at all. This is absolutely unacceptable to have no response in.a service business. More
