A Perfect Experience My car was taken immediately, right on schedule. Al was my Customer Service person, and was so pleasant and efficient which made that experience quit My car was taken immediately, right on schedule. There were able to find the TSB with the latest firmware update to fix the sound output coming from my phone instead of the car speakers when using the Entune app via USB tethering. More

My car was “dying” I have a 2012Prius and one morning on my way home from work I hit one of the many potholes on our lovely highly taxed, Long Island roads. To the best of what I was told , the brain died! Mega problem, I thought, great, just what I need! Well, it turns out it was covered under the warranty.. No arguments, no trying to sell me something! Pure Five Star Service!! I was given a loaner car right away, was told they had to order the part and I would have my car the next day. They could’ve ripped me off for the over $2000 it cost, but they honored the warranty as they should have, honestly!!!!! This is my third Toyota and I’m know it won’t be my last! More
