Computer down Recently brought my car in for annual NYS inspection. Unfortunately the computer for this service was down. Service advisor Adalberto (Al) Irizarry w Recently brought my car in for annual NYS inspection. Unfortunately the computer for this service was down. Service advisor Adalberto (Al) Irizarry was very apologetic , offered a couple of solutions, one of which he would call me as soon as the computer was up and running. Within an hour he called. I returned to the service center where Al met me and assured me this would be a quick process. Within minutes it was done. Al's professional manner and attention to detail are commendable and should be acknowledged. More

Service/Instection of my Toyota Camry I had made an appointment for 9:45am to get my car inspected. On the day of the appointment, I realized that I will be without a car after I drop my c I had made an appointment for 9:45am to get my car inspected. On the day of the appointment, I realized that I will be without a car after I drop my car off. I could not wait till 9:45am so I took a chance and showed up at 7:30am (more than 2 hrs before my scheduled appointment). Needless to say I put the Service Manager Mark in an awkward position by requesting my appointment be moved up to 8:00am. With the Service Center heavily booked for the day, I very much appreciated Mark going out of his way and taking care of me including a free car wash. I got done and left the dealership by 8:30am. Thanks to Mark for going over and above what was expected of the dealership. More

Before this lease I owned a 2006 Rav 4 and was getting that vehicle serviced at Westbury Toyota also. For all these years I have been with a Service mgr., Amanda DiLauro. She is the best person to do business with. She has always been friendly, explained everything very clearly to me and always worked with me when I could not afford certain services to my vehicle. Westbury Toyota service is a very clean, tight running outfit. I will always go to them for all my Toyota needs. Amanda DiLauro is the best and all the service people at Westbury Toyota Service. More

Handled with care My usual service advisor, Jamie Nussbaum was not available. I was assigned to George or Jorge (cubicle right next to Mr. Nussbaum). George/Jorge explained everything down to showing me moving parts online. He was courteous and knowledgeable. Jamie Nussbaum did help me the next day when I returned the loaner and retrieved my own car. His attention and assistance was impeccable as always!!! Kudos also to the gentleman on the 'loaner' desk. Sorry, I don't remember his name. (He looks like a popular singer of my [baby boomer] generation.) He is a gem! More
