The worst I bought my Highlander 2018 in July 31st, 2018 in Hillside Toyota where I bought my 2 previous cars. Last April I took my car to Westbury Toyota becau I bought my Highlander 2018 in July 31st, 2018 in Hillside Toyota where I bought my 2 previous cars. Last April I took my car to Westbury Toyota because a/c was not working and they charged me $1,162 because they found a pinhole in the condenser. My question is: where is the warranty for my car that is within a year with 5,000 miles??? Toyota do not care about customer at all. People should be aware of this and go to a real brand dealer that will show more gratitude and appreciation. I will never buy this brand again and I will never recommend recommend Toyota as a matter of fact it is in my worst card experience. I am completely disappointed and I will give the worst review to this brand More

Maintenance made easy Once again Westbury Toyota made maintaining my car very easy. I was able to make an appointment that fit my schedule and even though I arrived early A Once again Westbury Toyota made maintaining my car very easy. I was able to make an appointment that fit my schedule and even though I arrived early Andy Khan was able to get my car in right away. Even though my mileage was low they still do a full service maintenance: oil change, tire rotation, brake inspection, etc. While waiting Andy confirmed that he would keep me updated by text. The waiting room is very comfortable and clean with all the amenities. In no time my car was ready, Andy reviewed the service checklist results with me and made sure I was completely satisfied. More

This last visit was for As always, I am treated with professionalism and efficiency by a very friendly staff at Westbury Toyota's service department. This last visit was for my 2017 RAV4 maintenance service and and in previous years I had my 2001 Solara serviced by Westbury as well. I am always advised of work to be done and it is reviewed by the advisors when completed. Westbury Toyota always makes me feel welcome and comfortable while waiting for my vehicle and sends me text updates advising the progress of my service visit. Their service department is the best!. Dead battery I have given Westbury Toyota a 5 star (excellent) rating, along with the service provided by Jamie Nussbaum. Called the service department on a Saturd I have given Westbury Toyota a 5 star (excellent) rating, along with the service provided by Jamie Nussbaum. Called the service department on a Saturday morning explaining my battery problem and they said I could bring the car in right away. ( It was also the same morning we were driving to northern Westchester for my grand daughters 3 year old birthday party). Jamie explained he would contact me later that day about the problem, while also providing a loner car. Jamie called explaining it was dead cell in the battery and my car was ready. I explained I couldn't get the loner back before closing and he assured me I could bring it back Monday morning. The whole experience along with Jamie's professionalism and courtesy made our day. He is a credit to your service dept. More
