Great Service When Bringing My Truck In - Sunjit Joshi I am writing this review cause of the exceptional service that I received when I brought my Truck into the dealership on 08/20/19 and 08/28/19. From the moment I entered, I was greeted with utmost respect and a very friendly and helpful staff. I have had many different brands of cars ranging from Jeep to Lexus, but the professionalism displayed by this dealership under Sunjit Joshi's personal leadership was by far superior. I was very impressed and deeply touched with his personality. I have personally have a bad experience My car has smelt like rotten eggs and since the computer doesn’t pick it up Toyota won’t do anything. It’s been a nightmare. I receive reminders and can schedule the appointment at a convenient time for me either online or by phone. Bringing the car in is always quick and the service reps taking the car are always very courteous and friendly. Joshi Sunjit explained the complimentary maintenance they would be doing and would be updating me while I wait. Waiting area is large, clean, and comfortable with many amenities. When my service was completed Joshi reviewed what was done and status. My car was waiting for me out front returned the same as I brought it in. Thank you More
Unprofessional I have a problem with my car started at 10 miles. I was told by the assistant manager that the mechanics don’t test drive because they work on commiss I have a problem with my car started at 10 miles. I would never lease from them again. More

The worst I bought my Highlander 2018 in July 31st, 2018 in Hillside Toyota where I bought my 2 previous cars. Last April I took my car to Westbury Toyota becau I bought my Highlander 2018 in July 31st, 2018 in Hillside Toyota where I bought my 2 previous cars. Last April I took my car to Westbury Toyota because a/c was not working and they charged me $1,162 because they found a pinhole in the condenser. My question is: where is the warranty for my car that is within a year with 5,000 miles??? Toyota do not care about customer at all. People should be aware of this and go to a real brand dealer that will show more gratitude and appreciation. I will never buy this brand again and I will never recommend recommend Toyota as a matter of fact it is in my worst card experience. I am completely disappointed and I will give the worst review to this brand More

Maintenance made easy Once again Westbury Toyota made maintaining my car very easy. I was able to make an appointment that fit my schedule and even though I arrived early A Once again Westbury Toyota made maintaining my car very easy. I was able to make an appointment that fit my schedule and even though I arrived early Andy Khan was able to get my car in right away. Even though my mileage was low they still do a full service maintenance: oil change, tire rotation, brake inspection, etc. While waiting Andy confirmed that he would keep me updated by text. The waiting room is very comfortable and clean with all the amenities. In no time my car was ready, Andy reviewed the service checklist results with me and made sure I was completely satisfied. More
