Not pleased with the service and social distancing They overbooked and there wasn't any room inside to wait. Had to wait outside in 90 degree heat for 1 1/2 hours pacing and 15 minutes sitting outside They overbooked and there wasn't any room inside to wait. Had to wait outside in 90 degree heat for 1 1/2 hours pacing and 15 minutes sitting outside. My service advisor was overwhelmed and when I asked for the status, had to wait another 1/2 hr inside (people not observing social distancing and allowed to do so) while the car was actually ready. Time recorded when ticket was opened was incorrect by 26 minutes. Before leaving, turned on my car's air conditioner and there was a loud knock - quickly turned the air off and turned it back on after a couple of minutes. Don't know what that was but doesn't give me a confident feeling. More

I’m on my 3rd Rav 4 through westbury toyota and the service department is always great. In particular I always ask for service rep Andrew Panton. Andrew Is great... keeps me informed and on top of things. Most recently I went in because my battery died on my car and needed a service. It was the first time I waited so long and it turned out the mechanics had put my car to the side and Seemed like they forgot about it. Once Andrew realiZed it he was just as frustrated as I was but promised me it would get done Within half hour and he kept his promise. He’s great and so is the entire service team and mechanics. I’ve never had any problems or waited too long: this was the first time and I was completely understanding knowing the current pandemic and things were still done great. Well I don’t know where to begin.. I took my 2015 Toyota Tundra to Westbury toyota service center; I explain to George(I believe his name is) the service advisor that my brakes weren’t workin properl Toyota Tundra to Westbury toyota service center; I explain to George(I believe his name is) the service advisor that my brakes weren’t workin properly. When you stop at a traffic light or stop for any reason the brake pedal looses pressure and it starts rolling forward. I if you have the air conditioner on is even worse now. My foot hurts from pressing on the pedal so hard at the end of the day. He called me back the same day saying that they couldn’t duplicate the concern and he sold me a brakes and rotors job that I obviously didn’t need. My truck is much worse now after the brake job.. not only I want my money back but for Westbury Toyota to address the issue and fix it properly. I bought the truck from Westbury Toyota and also a warranty to cover all these problems More
