Bruce is exceptional! He makes my wife and I feel comfortable in the trailer as the Main showroom is under renovation. This service advisor had an attitude. He seemed to be in a rush when there was barely anyone there. As we were consulting, he answered his personal phone and ignored me as the customer. Before I purchased a Highlander 2013 from Westbury Toyota I reached out to several car dealers for pricing. Compared to some other dealers, Steven Silverstein was very honest and clear about both the process I reached out to several car dealers for pricing. Compared to some other dealers, Steven Silverstein was very honest and clear about both the process and actual costs involved in buying a car. He was also very responsive to emails and any questions that I had. A couple of other dealers came back with slightly lower quotes at first, but again Steven Silverstein's was very clear about the out-the-door price (which didn't involve any later surprises) and in the end I think I got a great deal. As a first time car buyer the whole process can be stressful as there is a lot to learn and money involved. I personally value feeling comfortable and good about who I am buying from and that's ultimately why I went with Westbury Toyota. On top of this, I also had a short deadline for when I needed the car delivered and Steven found a way to make this happen. To complete the purchase I dealt with the F&I Manager John Edwards. If you do your research online you'll read lots about the "dreaded F&I experience" but my own experience was very pleasant. John explained all the options available without being pushy and I ended up getting an extended manufacturer's warranty as it made sense for my situation. The process from beginning to end was fairly quick and I drove off the lot within a couple of hours. Overall, I'm very pleased with my purchase and I will return to Westbury if I continue to drive a Toyota in the future. More

There was no sales pressure and that is what we liked the most about Steve. He explained to us about 3 trims in avalon and gave us a detailed list of all options & prices. It was easy to negotiate the price as he was straight forward and sincere. Steve was very courteous, refined and we strongly recommend him to any of our friends buying a Toyota car. The words that come to mind are Knowledgeable, Honest, Plain-speaking, and Accommodating when describing the people I interacted with during this recent sale. All this and their price was the best hands down. Eric was my first contact with the dealership. His willingness to get me information and his honest approach to it was refreshing. Sean's willingness and knowledge when walking me through the complex features of the auto (Avalon) was extremely helpful and provided me the confidence that the vehicle was the right choice for me and my family. Steve was the final person in the delivery process. I appreciated that their was no "hard sell", which most dealerships utilize to get more out of you as a customer. He provided information needed for me to make decisions and he accepted "no" from me without placing undue pressure on me. Advocating is much different that badgering. He advocated professionally and informatively. I highly recommend them and intend to go back for other vehicles. More
