My car had brake problems less than a month after they installed my brakes. The shop manager refused to look at my car and insisted they could not set up any appointments on the days I had off. After an hour of arguing, they finally looked at my car and in under 5 minutes found the brakes did not match the shims on the car. They then charged me for new parts that they should have advised me I needed when they initially installed the brakes. The service technician was very nice and helpful, but the manager was less than helpful (refusing weekend and walk-in appointments when I was prepared and willing to wait around 6+ hours) More

Classic bait-and-switch dealership. I saw a car on their website, called the night before to confirm it was there and ventured out in a rental-car on a Saturday morning.
