We purchased a pre owned trade in. I think I can say this was the best car buying experience we've ever had. None of the usual xx that goes along with buying from a dealer. I did not want the long drawn out car dealer visit -- I explained this to the sales rep who approached us at the door to help. Ralston Dunn was a great sales person. He took the time to go over the features of the vehicles that I was interested in and took a genuine interest in answering all of my questions. I was never made to fe to go over the features of the vehicles that I was interested in and took a genuine interest in answering all of my questions.
